Ngl I held my tongue after his mom left without any contact but it truly makes no sense why she would spend 15 years with Grey just for him to finally be able to cultivate and she just up and leaves no help no contact. Then when grey is in the building she’s just waiting to get plowed while saying “is this really the right thing to do”. She obviously didn’t care about family rules the 15 years she was living with grey so I really don’t understand, now that grey can improve they completely disappear. Just to bring him back after leaving him to himself during his most developmental stages. Authors families are starting to annoy me. At this rate Grey should claim he’s his own family. Since they’re all useless. Now even Connor knows randomly when grey came specifically to ask about the relationship between his name and theirs yet didn’t do any of that. 🤷♂️
Almost ended up in a fight against the next head because of all of it for being a “wannabe” if Connor wasn’t there it would have happened while his mom is hiding in the next room..
I’m really liking the story but the whole family secrecy thing is getting old. He can’t be that clueless with him knowing there’s some op old man falling him around protecting him. I mean pretty obvious wouldn’t you think. It very frustrating
