Have you considered allergy shots? The entire procedore takes about 5 years but over time you will see that your body builds a tolerance to the things you are allergic to. I am in my 3rd year of shots and while my allergies aren't 100% gone, they are much better than when I had started. I don't itch as much and my nose rarely runs.

Try wearing goggles. It is probably your eyes watering in the wind and the tears draining in to your nose. I get this too but it is reduced with sunglasses or goggles.

I noticed that. I guess even doctors can have problems with spelling. :D Interesting video though. I'd never really thought about how it adjusts the outside temperature. I've been in 50+ C and -50C and only ever noticed the temperature of my nose itself.

Well I knew it was getting cold when I felt my nose getting runny. I didn't escape the cold so I have it now. Not just my nose is runny, my eyes keeps crying bcs nose is so sensitive.

My ear started to feel inflamed about 4ths ago, then I had a stiff neck, a drip down the back of my nose. I thought I had a ear infection so i had 2 lots of antibiotics 2 lots of eardrops, nothing worked. I went to see a ENT Dr who diagnosed my condition as an aftermath of my ear infection. He gave me sprays for my nose, but hasn't helped one bit, in fact my condition has got worse! What do I do now?

My nose must be reading the air wrong about 80% of the time because it's not cold and not hot but it runs most of the day. It used to be just in the morning and now it is most of the day. It stops for awhile but then starts again. I am going through Kleenex as if I had a cold. It's really getting to be a bit much!

I have symptoms right now where it has been wet here do to rain and only my left nostril is running and there is a lot of dog hair where I am visiting family and my left nostril is running a clear liquid.
I have the same problem . I'm having a normal day and suddenly I sneeze 🤧 (don't know why) and boom 💥 I can see some clear water coming out from my nose also if I eat a little bit spicy I have the same problem ..and ofcourse now hanky is my best friend ... This didnt start until the cooler months started recently this previous fall and winter. It's now april and still cold and runny. Right now I have a cloth face mask on hoping my warm breath will help warm my nose up. I'm glad it's not stuffed up I'll say that much. I am always wiping and using tips to help absorb the fluids since all the wiping causes my skin there to get dry and irritated. Lotion helps. Maybe this summer will be different? Sucks cuz I enjoy cool temps and get too warm easily. Either way looks like I gotta sweat from somewhere..pours or the nose. 😂😮

If I don’t have the fan on, I can’t sleep in the heat. I literally cannot sleep in high heat. BUT if I DO have the fan on, then I can’t sleep in that situation either because my nose will be stuffy.

I heard hot sauce or hot foods apparently help. But the comment above says that warm tea could make it worst. So now i don't know if hot food or sauce really helps. Maybe its different for everyone, i had some hot sauce and it helped alot. For me atleast.
