Hello thank you so much for such. Great video, you should please make a video of how to start the community and get the following for your company, I see is one of the top things, but is kinda confusing, thank you so much, much blessings and prosperity to all
In your opinion, is it better to make SaaS applications as mobile or web? Looking at what's going on, I myself practically don't use a computer, I just use mobile applications for everything, but it's obvious that not every project makes sense as a mobile application. I have about 10 years of experience as a backend developer, but looking at the market and even my everyday life, I use mobile applications in 99%.
Bro I really like this SaaS idea but whatever idea I think about is already have been implemented by someone. How do I compete with these big companies. It just seems impossible to build such thing without someones support like you. Maybe in future we will have a conversation about this.
You can compete in a lot of ways, big companies neglect their smaller customers, target a more niche segment, find what features they aren’t providing, etc.
Hey Alex ! I am real estate company owner and I’m searching to develop a solution for certain problems thing is I have no idea about the difference of saas and app. I’m actually even paying for a coding course hahaha I wanted to know if your company could help me develop this idea Thank you!
Hey alex , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail and also help you with the overall youtube strategy and growth ! Pls let me know what do you think ?

The only problem with your idea is you're expecting people to be able to solve problems in software with no industry experience in that niche. For example, with software for capturing user credentials you have to know all the legal sides of that, the customer needs etc. I can't just start a startup for a problem that I have no deep knowledge or understanding of. What is your argument for this? Just do it anyway?
It’s kind of hard to take your advice seriously when you don’t mention a single legal requirement for starting a company. I’d appreciate seeing that covered in a future video
You incorporate a company in your country, in the United States you can do it in any state, you apply for an EIN # and you use that to open a business bank account.
Don’t get legal before getting rich, all the problems from not being legal can be solved once you have money. Ship it first, see how people react, then see about getting legal once you have cashflow.
... This video just keeps getting better and better
Let’s go!

Lots of B2B stuff web makes more sense but B2c mobile
@@alex.heiden For me, these are mainly to be tools for, for example, device inventory, i.e. a list of routers, etc.
Glide for a multi-tenant, commercial, SaaS application?

Just do what they do but better
Find something they're missing. Talk to their customers and find their complaints
Pick only one aspect of the product, build a better version of that, and sell it to one specific niche. Then build up and out from there.

You do market research and talk to your ideal client profiles, obviously nothing is easy but you don’t need to be a master of the niche to build in it
@@alex.heiden alright i'll give this a shot. I'm a few weeks from launching my first saas and the next one will be B2C using this process you outlined

I think you missed the point dude

lol it takes 10 mins to set up an LLC.
It should be easy. If you can’t do it yourself, you can pay someone else to do it for you.
