Just recently subscribed. Been binge-watching your videos. So helpful, all the tips. Question: what's the best way to determine if the company you work for will be ok to pitch the new product or to leave first and pitch to the employer? Or may be, not even consider them as investor, if you feel it in your gut that they will not be interested. How to know if they will be interested to invest? Or will they misread it as something that competes against their business, even if it's not. So many questions in my head on this. Want to know before I even start.

Can't wait for the book to be out. Great work 👍. I'm just learning how to code and the reason is to build saas apps. You channel is an eye opener and I'll surely stick around. Please don't stop dropping these gems.
Hi Rob, I'm so glad that I've found your channel. It's great too finally be apart of this amazing community of founders / developers. Looking forward to hearing your next episode on the podcast. Thanks for all of the great content. P.S this is way better than anything they've taught me in the past three years of my Computer Science / Business Management degree lol hahaha
Great video, thank you! We launched a SaaS with a big audience, we have 3.6k free users but only 1 paying - so what you said really made sense. Thank you. We are going to binge watch all your videos this weekend

Hi there. Great video! I was wondering if you are able to point out the exact video that you mentioned @4.13 in this video. I would like to see "How to identify seven different ways to find problems worth solving". Thanks in advance.
Hi! Do you think SaaS companies would benefit from a community funnel? Basically I'd come in build systems to get members, nurture and convert. It would be a one time fee for the same. What do you think?
Communities can be great, but they are a lot of work. A one-time fee would not make sense as there is a lot of ongoing work to make a community successful.
I tried to validate an idea called College Coach Finder. I mention it in Start Small, Stay Small. I couldn’t generate enough interest in the landing page so I never built it.
Generally, I recommend using what you know and are efficient in. I would focus on building your network, rather than your audience. Here’s a video about finding your first 10 customers that you might find helpful: ua-cam.com/video/Ki3qBvIRo6A/v-deo.html
In 1 of mr beasts recent tik toks he says one of his keys is giving the people what they want at the beginning of the video. I'm 3 minutes in and all that's been talked about so far is whether or not i was lucky enough to have a network or audience. No tips or steps on building a saas. Neeeeeeext
You can, but you might be playing on hard mode. I would first consider how you are going to be able to get in front of your potential customers. How will you find them? How will they find you?
I need you to write me your name on this piece of paper but i don't have anything to write with? Look i have a pen right here problem = solution good video alot of information

So helpful providing a well thought out approach to beginner saas developers. Thank you.

Cool
came here to learn something but I learned his ads about his books 😂😂😂
Can you talk more about ideas you invalidated with landing pages etc?
I tried to validate an idea called College Coach Finder. I mention it in Start Small, Stay Small. I couldn’t generate enough interest in the landing page so I never built it.
what coding languages would you recommend to know to build a SaaS

is SaaS still cool?
Problem solving is cool anytime. Doesn't matter if it is SaaS or not.
If we will begin from scratch ; then we haven't any audience !!!???
I would focus on building your network, rather than your audience. Here’s a video about finding your first 10 customers that you might find helpful: ua-cam.com/video/Ki3qBvIRo6A/v-deo.html

Dude if you are too lazy to study it’s not his problem,
Did you actually listen to his tips? Can’t build a SaaS unless you learn from your customer.
Lol. Luck has nothing to do with network or audience.
Weird way to tell us you don't have friends
It's different when you're not pretending to give a friend a multimillion dollar jet 🤷
Can we develop SaaS as a side project in a niché that's slow to technological changes?
You can, but you might be playing on hard mode. I would first consider how you are going to be able to get in front of your potential customers. How will you find them? How will they find you?
I need you to write me your name on this piece of paper but i don't have anything to write with? Look i have a pen right here problem = solution good video alot of information
Glad you liked it!
Way too generic...
If you're looking for the nitty gritty, you'll love Designing the Ideal Bootstrapped SaaS by Jason Cohen! -> ua-cam.com/video/otbnC2zE2rw/v-deo.html
Not necessarily. I didn't know this at all to call it generic.
Great recommendation on 'The Mom Test' book! If you want to validate your ideas by asking good questions, it's a must-read

I’m glad I didn’t waste too much of my time on this video.
Don’t recommend this channel.
