I'd say maybe vader would take the mantle of emperor and strike a deal with the new republic and having systems hold elections on which side they want to join. Afterwards, he could step down and make a group of people in charge so multiple individuals have power instead of one single emperor.
What if Palpatine got to Padmé first and recruited her to help turn Anakin? Also, what if Padmé and Anakin didn't get pregnant with the twins until after he turned to the dark side?

I see a couple issues with the way this story goes. 1. In this timeline Luke and Obi-Wan got to dagobah on the Millennium falcon so where did the other ship come from for them to leave the planet? (the ship Yoda arrived on years ago?) 2. If Luke trained until endor does that mean Han was still frozen in carbonite? Luke was vital to the success of the original plan to free Han in the main timeline. also just as a thought, this could have ended with the "what if Vader survived return of the Jedi" fanfic.

You know you never quite explained how they (Luke and Obi-Wan) knew where the second death star was. My theory is that mon mothma pulled Obi-Wan aside before he left for Dagobah to ask him where he's going. Obi-Wan would let her know they're going to find Yoda and she would give them a means of keeping in contact with the alliance.
Maybe, its also possible if he was more properly trained Yoda or Obiwan would have still had Luke construct his own saber, since that was part of the training.

If Obi-Wan didn't die and the battle on Bespin never happened, then Luke never had a green lightsaber. It was blue just like Obi-Wan's.

I'd say maybe vader would take the mantle of emperor and strike a deal with the new republic and having systems hold elections on which side they want to join. Afterwards, he could step down and make a group of people in charge so multiple individuals have power instead of one single emperor.

You have to remember that Vader actually wanted them to escape because he knew that they would immeadiately go to the rebel base.

I see a couple issues with the way this story goes.
1. In this timeline Luke and Obi-Wan got to dagobah on the Millennium falcon so where did the other ship come from for them to leave the planet? (the ship Yoda arrived on years ago?)
2. If Luke trained until endor does that mean Han was still frozen in carbonite? Luke was vital to the success of the original plan to free Han in the main timeline.
also just as a thought, this could have ended with the "what if Vader survived return of the Jedi" fanfic.

You know you never quite explained how they (Luke and Obi-Wan) knew where the second death star was. My theory is that mon mothma pulled Obi-Wan aside before he left for Dagobah to ask him where he's going. Obi-Wan would let her know they're going to find Yoda and she would give them a means of keeping in contact with the alliance.
