😊
Great video a few suggestions though I would use an sc14 supercharger as they are more reliable and nearly the same price and put twin carburettors also just wondering did you remove the engine governor
Jmkmmjkkk I'll ññjjj.,,h😅😅😅

FASCINATING--the building and driving looks like a lot of fun and satisfaction !!😊😊
Backyard engineer par excellance. Well done!
Thank you so much! ❤️
@@NasatchannelYou're a great mechanic..RESPECT from Poland and Australia 🍺🍺🍺🎖️👍
He couldn't possibly have built a boat any lighter. I built my first hydroplane at 15 years old in 1963 and another at 34 years old in 1982. The first one had a 16HP Mercury out board and the second one had a 35HPJohnson outboard. To think he even designed and built the ductwork for the impeller jet drive is impressive. i self-taught myself a lot about woodworking I carried with me throughout my life and I am now 76 years old. You brought back many memories for me. Today I would build one with a watercooled motorcycle engine.
Very skilled, nice work, your an engineer, a carpenter and a mechanic!
Thank you so much!
I agree; this man is fantastic.
It's a pleasure to watch a skilled craftsman figure these things out.
Can't forget fabricator.
Great job! 😊They had a boat with similar intent in a James Bond movie 40 years ago.
And building your own jet pump from scratch . Way cool . There is too much to post on that has been some real designing work . Thanks so much . :)
Thank you very much, I will try to improve and do better, I hope you will support and follow me.
I used to build hydro planes back in the late 50s never dreamed such machines would develop, beutiful, I live in Mexico and we got a beutiful lagune here right out by my door how often I would dream to fly on those waterways you brought back memories thank you
Thank you very much, I will try to do everything better and hope you will always support me
KU ..............sounds like one more build in your future ?????
We need a million like you in my country, to teach the 300 million who currently spend their time being "influenced" into total disfunction. Bravo!
Thank you so much!
You must live in America like me.
TRUMP = MAGA!!!
You are correct , although burocracy and bs would not allow it to be used , probably even try and stop it from being built, licensed, and soon the thought police will impound our creativity to the point where many will not function .
It's so damn sad that the countries that we have been lied to for most of our lives as being backward, suppressive and tyrannical are infact the the ones that are not only far more liberal, free and healthier than anything that we experience.
Our for fathers died in vain for a system based on lies.
Cheers
Nice work building your Jet Boat 👍👍 These were very popular back in the 1970s 🇺🇲
Thank you so much! ❤️
Excellent work and it sounds amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed watching this! 👍👍
Excellent travail rien à dire sauf avez-vous un élastique pour tenir votre casquette ou un secret caché à la mienne même en vélo elle se fait la malle 😅❤
That is cool af bro!
Thank you so much!
@@Nasatchannelgreat job !
My observation tells me it might get better performance if you bore the holes bigger in the plates at both sides of the blower ... eerrr, supercharger...
It is an honor to meet you sir. Your engineering creativity is highly respected and thank you for teaching me .
Thank you very much, I will try to do better, hope you always follow me.
👍 👍 👍 👍 👍
YOU'VE OBVIOUSLY MADE MANY BOATS. YOUR FIBERGLASSING SKILLS ARE IN POINT!
YOU MAKE IT LOOK EASY AND A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE GOING TO TRY THIS AND FAIL WHEN THEY REALIZE IT TAKES MANY MONTHS OR EVEN YEARS TO DO THIS. 👍
I did notice a lot of air bubbles in the fuel line, maybe add clamps to the hoses.
@@Manuel_Z_Kayaks Is it gravity fed ?normal for bubbles
The man truly had a plan !!! A bit of mad genius !!! Fine job, Sir !!! 👍
That’s a awesome build.❤
The flow is choked using that intake! More fuel , got plenty air !❤
Thank you so much! ❤️❤️
I think this is the coolest DIY project I’ve ever seen! I’d like to see more of these projects going viral, because it shows how you can have fun on the water without spending $100k on a boat. Again great job!
Thank you very much, I will try to make better videos for everyone to watch. I hope you follow me.
How fun was it to drive out of curiosity?
Fantastic art work, very impressive build!
Thank you so much! ❤️❤️
Job well done, keep'er out of rough waters, I'm afraid she won't survive, however, I think it's pretty cool. Also a little advice from an engineer to help you out in the future. Add a 12lbs weight inside the front cavity of the speedboat and re-enforce the central structure with an internal keel and internal structural supports. Sorry about my rambling 😅, you did a good job.
Thank you very much for your feedback, I appreciate it as I continue to improve and learn. I will try to develop and do better, I hope you always follow and support me.
Based on my past experiences I totally agree with the internal supports, that hull though will not withstand hitting a log or much of anything. I'd put in foam so at least you won't have to go fishing for the boat.
@@ChrisLindsay-y9f Agreed 👍.
Great job on building that boat man, keep up the great work. I over here in Tennessee east kissing these mountains in the United States. See ya have a great one ,see ya next time hope ,see ya bye.
Thank you very much, I will try harder and hope you will always support me.
@@Nasatchannel anytime, just the best you’re self will let you ,see ya bye.
What isn’t shown is the meticulous drawing up of plans and amazing knowledge of what is needed where and what function it serves. Amazing!
Thank you very much, hope you always follow and support me.
I'm guessing the fueling wasn't up to snuff because there was never a point when throttle was wide open, you couldn't open the throttle past maybe 25% because it most likely leans out terribly bad, prolly be much faster if the fueling was right and had some way to measure A/F ratio and def a boost gauge too. With the pump outlet leaking like that too, could pick up alot more power and fun just refining it, the last 10% is always the hardest on any project. Still very cool, lets get a part 2 with the kinks worked out!
❤️❤️
Yup, looks like it definitely needs more fuel. I'm thinking, though, it may develop too much velocity through the venturi which may result in over fueling. Time for a bigger carb and a tune either way. Or maybe, just maybe dual carbs. Whatever is easiest from what he has laying around.
I bet he was just excited to get it in the water and drive around. I know I would have been. He sure seems up to the task of finishing and I hope to see how this develops.
Dunno, sounding pretty close to redline at times to me!
Thank you for recording and posting this valuable educational video.
Thank you so much! ❤️❤️
f yeah bro. Great build great video work. thanks for sharing
Thank you very much, hope you always follow me.
Love that creativity! Im trying to teach my boys, "if you want it build it"
"...i got more time than money & i don't have much extra time"
Keep up the good work & thank you for showing us
Thank you very much, I will try to do everything better and hope you always support me.
So good to seeing you use the Hamilton Jet design like that, he would've been really pleased with your kiwi style ingenuity!
Thank you very much, I will try to do better, hope you always follow me.
Congratulations. As a retiring mechanical engineer (and a long-time motorhead) I commend you on a well thought out, successful, good looking project. Much fun with it. Thank you for sharing all your hard work with us.
Nice job! Impressive work and machine!
Thank you so much!
Remarkable fabrication skills. The propulsion system is fascinating.
I have been in Teledyne Continental, Mercedes Benz, Airbus, Knights Armament, Austal, UTC aerospace, ST aerospace, wellcraft, negus, dusky factories. Several us military manufacturing facilities. There is nothing anywhere close to this guy and his builds. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you very much, I will try to develop and do better, I hope you always follow and support me.
Its cool and all, but seriously dude?
@denonpmb most employees can only do 1 or 2 mundane things they are trained for. For an hourly wage. This gentleman encompasses all aspects of design, engineering, and manufacturing. Without a R&D, no multi billion $ manufacturing facility, With his bare hands, bare foot, in the elements, without crying like a f@cking bitch about everything. And who the hell are you? And what do you manufacture?
Beautiful job with your build .... Thank you for sharing the journey and the final test runs ... very cool!
APSOLUTE PERFECT Job DIG The Build And The SIMPLISTY 👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you very much, hope you always follow me.
This is amazing good work!
Thank you so much! ❤
How fast can you go in that tiny boat?
Awesome build! And all from wood and fiberglass?
I saw how you were getting a bit of 'blowby, at the front of the water nozzle, facing towards the boat.
Lost water is lost power and speed!
Good job though!
The boat is made all of wood and fiberglass, I will fix the nozzle. Thank you very much, I will try to develop and do better, I hope you always follow and support me.
@@Nasatchannel I was wondering how fast that boat would go with my 24hp engine!?
But if you figure out to stop the water bypassing the nozzle, you'll get a little better results in speed and power output!
Too bad I live here, and I'm old and fat I like stuff like this.
You work with your hands and make it from scratch. Good job!
That's impressive on so many scales! The engine work alone was impressive but the carpentry and fiberglass work were over the top as well. Enjoyed it very much. I WANT ONE! 🤣👍👍
Thank you very much, I will try to do everything better and hope you always support me.
Have to say it. You're a genius !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much! ❤️
Excellent craftsmanship!! Seriously I love it! May I suggest one little thing. Maybe you could add spray foam into the voids of your boat. This would be more of a safety measure. Just in case you hit something on the water it would help to keep your boat from sinking into the water. Besides that I am in awe!
totally loved this :) well done !
Thank you so much! ❤️
Good idea 💡 Jet pump
Well done 👍
Thank you so much! ❤️
Phenomenal Video and build! Could not stop watching it due to your ingenuity and resourcefulness. You have significant talent and skills. Thank you for making this great Video for us!
Impressionante, congratulations.
Thank you so much! ❤️
Brilliant, absolutely brilliant, great creation, well done.
Sounds similar to a small V8 engine, love it.
Thank you so much!
The supercharger is running the wrong direction, but well done
Thanks for reminding me, I will fix it and do better.
Really awesome design and craftsmanship!! You earned my subscription!! Keep showing off your design capabilities my man!!
Pretty sweet build. That boat moves pretty good. For no More than you did with the engine. I build those vanuard engines for pulling tractors. And you can achieve some really big horse power numbers for the size of the engine.. I have a video of one of my early builds with a super charger. On UA-cam. Supercharged vanguard v twin with eaton m24 supercharger.. . Your boat would really Ripp.with some more extensive engine modds.
Thank you very much, I will try to improve and do better, I hope you will support and follow me.
How much horsepower does a supercharger add to these V twins? I’m guessing it makes a 18 hp about 25-30 hp, is that close? I want to try it on my son’s go kart.
How many more rpm can those engines handle stock? Was he getting close?
The horse power it will make. It all depends on how much you do with engine build. You can really go all out. Butt They can get expensive tho. I do allot of experimental projects. Like supercharger and turbos. And achive some pretty healthy big power. Butt. There's a place.called carrier performance. Specialises in mower raceing and whatever you need your engine tweakwd out for. . Check them out. They have some bad to the bone products. . They have builds that support 80hp. No blower or turbos. Just naturally aspirated. And They wull rev 9000 Plus. But the hi reving and power curve depends on how the cam is designed. And head flow. There's lotts of differnt cam grind. Can't just throw a big cam in a stock engine. And expect it to be a monster. Lol
@@joshb6993 keep it under 4000 and you should be ok. it will do more butt. The valve springs can't keep up to much past that. And it starts floating the valves. And that can go south in a hurry. And you will end up with a trashed engine. I would highly recommend billit connecting rods. If you plsn to rev it ti far part thr factory governd speed. Yes stock rods will take Some extrs. Buttt it gets risky. Dont need a rod cutting loose and trashing stuff
Very cool you're obviously a a jack of many trades and skilled well in all of them.Congrats on completion of your project thank you for sharing your experience i enjoyed it bieng a jack of a few trades myself. Godspeed
Thank you very much, I will try to develop and do better, I hope you always follow and support me.
Risultato eccellente, bravo!! 👍
Muito obrigado! ❤️
Impressive! What kind of glue are you using to build the boat?
Seriously skilled, good work
Thank you so much! ❤️
Very creative! I have had a few jetboats in my time. So much fun!
Thank you so much! ❤️
Great job you should ware a life jacket in that kind of boat.
Thank you so much! ❤️
Fantastic effort -- you have capability in all trades. Great to see the boat in action -- she runs well.
This is the best inboard boat build
Thank you so much ❤️❤️

You need to be a chief engineer somewhere that will allow you to expand on your skills.
An absolute incredible build and the fabrication of the impeller tunnel, stringers ect was really cool.
Well done

Bạn là một huyền thoại! Hòa bình từ Úc.
Cảm ơn bạn rất nhiều! ❤
That's great work! You can be very proud of what you have created!!!👍😊😎
Thank you so much!
This was thoroughly enjoyable, and my kind of project. Make it yourself out of junk!! We grew up doing just that kind of thing. Couldn't afford to buy new or even decent used "toys", so we built our own out of whatever we could lay our hands on. Totally fun!
You have a brilliant mind for engineering and fabrication. Excellent job!
Very nice. You are very talented and do good work. Looks like fun.
Thank you very much, I will try to develop and do better, I hope you always follow and support me.
That's outstanding craftsmanship man, I'm curious as to the speed in kmh or in mph...that's totally awesome 👌 😊
Sitting still looks like it's flying lol
The boat is only running at 50% engine power now, if I accelerate any further it will jerk, I will fix it. Thank you very much, I hope you always follow and support me.
Started watching your channel a couple of years ago when you had the electric boat. I thought it was really cool. It looks like you made all the changes I was hoping for in this design. It's very well done 👏 My Suzuki 250cc Gixxer puts out 25Hp. I hope that you find budget for a better engine. Very nice work. ❤
Pretty cool, and good job well done, you did it all..👍
Thank you very much, I will try to do everything better and hope you will always support me
Excellent, great job! Love the ingenuity 👍
Thank you so much! ❤️
Nice job. Great engineering skills. You know you could make them for sale!!! Its a great idea, it can go up shallow streams and rivers with that water jet power. Don't have to worry about the prop getting hung up!!
The engineering skills this man has are incredible. Beautiful job Sir..
Thank you very much, I will try to do everything better and hope you always support me.
I've never used much fiberglass to make things, but may gosh its amazing what u can do with it. Plus its strong for the weight of it. Amazing job!!! 1❤

hi you are very talented. You are doing very good work- good luck
Thank you very much, hope you always follow me.
Love it!! It’s amazing!!!
Just a few things to consider. You can get the RPM’s higher.
Your loosing power bc there is air bubbles in the fuel line.
And last, the inlet should be bigger and moved up 10-12 inches and the nossel should be move in the water lower.
💪🏼🔥🔥🔥👍🏼❤️🚀 love the boat!!
Thank you for your comments, I will fix the errors and do better. I hope you will always follow and support me. ❤️❤️

I've watched this video a few times before, but I keep comming back to your build videos beause they are a pleasure to watch!! :) And you amaze me with your abilty to make all your builds look fun and cool!! Love it! Keep up the good work! You made my day, again!! ;)
I really enjoyed this build. I would be concerned about a heavier person, like most males in the U.S., including myself, hitting a wake from another boat and cracking the seat bolts from landing back on the surface with extra weight. Have you considered putting shock absorbing bushings between the seat and the frame in case you were to ever let a heavier person ride? Heck, with your skills, you should be calling the Miss Budweiser U1 racing team about a job. You would make a great team addition, even if you were new to hydroplanes and small gas turbine engines. They are both similar principles, and gas turbines are much simpler to work on than piston engines. I worked on gas turbine engines similar to the hydro boat engines for several years. To this day, I'd rather work on one of them than any piston engine.
Thank you very much, I also want to have a Gas Turbine engine to make something. But currently my country does not have that kind of engine. I will try to do everything better, I hope you always support and follow me.
That's the best lookn boat ive seen on video's for a home built rocket boat.😎
Thank you very much, hope you always follow me.
That is incredible. Didn't just assemble parts but made them. Planted the trees that would become the hull. Drilled 12,000 ft. down to extract the crude oil that would become the fuel and oil for the engine. Very nice.
You have done a great job design and build on this boat and I'm sure other projects as well.
