  • Installing a Dual Oil Catch Can on my 2020 Hyundai Elantra GT N-Line. Also applies for Hyundai Elantra Sport, and Hyundai Elantra GT Sport years 2017+ with 1.6T Engine.

    What kind of hose is necessary to go from the catch can back to intake? The 3/4" heater hose that I used collapses. Heat from the engine makes the hose pliable, and the intake's vacuum pressure causes it to collapse.

      I had braided lines, but others i seen use fuel lines.

    Is that the Kia Soul engine cover? How is the fit? All sections clip in or did you have to retrofit somehow?

      Kia soul/2nd gen voster turbo. It fits, it just doesn't grab to spots on the pin mounts. But it works and looks good.

    Is your cold air hooking up to a bigger inlet back there?

      No, is the regular factory inlet, the an adapter coupler to connect to the intake.

    2015 and 2016 also have the 1.6 turbo. Would it be the same install as yours?

    Why the car maker didn't think of this things before,they should sue the makers of this oil catch can cause they destroy there reputations as a engine manufacturers..
