When i started to pray i felt more at ease and peaceful than I've felt before. It's true connecting with Allah can help your mental health. And i have used before and still do many psychological coping mechanisms. Connecting with Allah helped me greatly❤

10 Tips For Laylatul Qadr ✨🌙
1. To avoid sins during the day (Do not disobey Allah, be very mindful).
2. To avoid conversations at night (to avoid any backbiting, less socialising, less tounge slipping)
3. Catch isha' and fajr prayer in congregation.(You will get full night praying reward ) Sahih Muslim 656
4. Pray with the imam in full steps (until the imam finishes. You will get full night praying reward)Tirmidhi 806
5. Read the Quran extra throughout the night (do not diminish during the day).
6. Read this dua throughout the night, Allahumma innaka afuwwun tuhibbul afwa fa'fuanni.
7. Make dua and zikir even while you are in motion (walking, driving etc, make use of every single moment).
8. Increase your prostration, increase your sujud (the best part of solah is sujud, "wasjud waqtarib").
9. Giving charity (it extinguishes the anger of your Lord).
10. Keep on seeking forgiveness, Istighfar (0 Allah accept our good deeds, accept our forgiveness).

Allah! There is no god but He - the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor Sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there that can intercede in His presence except as he permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures As) Before or After or Behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His throne doth extend over the heavens and on earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them, For He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).
I cried from this lecture. May Allah eases everything for everyone in this world and may Allah grants us hidayah and understanding of Islam deep in our heart aamiin aamiin ya rabbal alaminn

HASBIYALLAHU LA ILAHA ILLA HU ALAYHI TAWAKKALTU DUA IN ARABIC
Here’s the dua from hadith of Sunan Abu Dawood 5081,
حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ
Transliteration: HasbiyAllahu laa ilaaha illa huwa alayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa Rabbul arshil adheem.
TRANSLATION OF THIS DUA:
The meaning of hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa hu alayhi tawakkaltu… is:
“Allah is sufficient for me. There is none worthy of worship but Him. I have placed my trust in Him. He is the Lord of the Majestic throne✨️❤☝️🌻
Alhamdulillah I Am Really Grateful To The Almighty Allah for being by Me From birth till Now ,I have Been Through a Lot In Life ,I Have Tried Doing Soo Many Partying and a lot of Harm Thinking It Will Bring Me Peace Of Mind, Which Couldn't But Alhamdulillah I have found that Peace And Joy and Self Love From Allah through Salah And Dua . Salam Brother Belal. I found myself loving Allah more and more when I speak more about HIS creation and mentioning to people about it. Dawah. When I stop for a while, my faith starts to decline like nose dive. I think calling people to Allah, is the only way to HIM. May Allah guide me and all. Ameen🥰😍

I had a question last night after listening to a lecture, it was “do I have to learn Arabic to make dua?” I even had a thought in such a way “so all the other prophets peace be upon them all -: made dua to Allah swt but they weren’t Arab, yet there duas are in Quran, and indeed Allah swt knows all the words because he thought Adam (as) all of it, …i simply wanted to get closer to my Rabb by making dua all the time, but I am not Arab, and here we are ,,,,today I randomly decided to watch this particular video of dr Assad, and have got my answer after watching 30 minutes of this video
( Subhan’Allah ) indeed he is near when you call upon him❤🤲🏻
You can make dua in your own language but the best of all dua are suggested by Allah throughout the Quran and they're in Arabic. To those who are able, the effort of memorizing those particular dua make them more appealing to Allah subhanahu wa taala just because you made an effort, not to mention, we couldn't have worded them better than Allah did.
