This is the best sheik on UA-cam - I used to follow so many others, but this one is by far the most genuine and purest. I feel safe updating my islamic knowledge from his videos because I am a revert. I only tend to follow one or two sheiks now because following too many can become overwhelming. Im happy with Belel Assaad, and I hope I can meet him one day to thank him for his efforts in making these videos.

I needed to hear this today. I am going through the biggest test of my entire life so far and feel like I'm losing everything I love the most. I always have to remind myself, that Allah is testing me and whatever I lose with patience, Allah will have better waiting when I pass. Allah truly is the only one who we can trust and rely upon. We may plan, others may plan against us but Allah is the best of planners and Allah has already made his plan for us, so we just need to trust, his plan is best for us.❤
When my heart is in pain and troubles overwhelm me i find so much peace reciting Surah Ad Duha...the tears will fall and you will know Allah loves you and will take care of your troubles so do not feel lost. SubhanAllah

When we are going through any struggle, remember two things.... 1st... Allah doesn't put you through anything that He knows you can't handle. No matter what. And if you don't believe you can handle it, remember that Allah believes you have the strength to overcome the struggles in front of you... 2nd... for whatever hardship we face, there are always people going through worse situations, so we should ponder over their struggles and make shukr (give thanks to Allah) that we are not being tested like that ourselves. Alhamdulillah for everything!
Me too sis/bro I’m going through a trial that I went through before and it hurts me, but not much as it hurts our rabbi😢 this test given was for the good, because I understood how Allah (swt) wants us to become closer to him. It’s was for the good and now I’m seeking his help and wait patiently for my duas to come true 😔🤲. Wallah I everything becomes better when you have Allah (swt) with you even during the test. Allah's tests everybody in Spans.He gives short term trials , mid term, or long term! If you pass his test by enduring lots of patience and persistence his reward for you will be tremendously satisfying that you will look back and feel proud that you've climbed that mountain! ❤ Trust in Allah!
This Sheikh is my favorite, there is something so humble, compassionate and relatable about him and his ability to convey a story we've heard a 100 times to seem like it is the 1st time we've heard it, the context and relatability is a gift.

Having little knowledge about Allah SWT and His AWESOMENESS can definitely lead us to acting ungrateful.
I think to prove we are even a little grateful we must wholeheartedly trust Allah SWT in the good and bad times. But shaytan is always working to make us ungrateful May Allah protect us from his evil whispers and guide us always.
Constant Duā is key. May Allah assist us in remembering Him, in thanking Him and worshipping Him in the best of manners.
Here are some more details about the cells in the human body:
1. Cell Types: There are more than 200 different types of cells in the human body. Some of the main cell types include red blood cells, white blood cells, skin cells, muscle cells (myocytes), nerve cells (neurons), fat cells (adipocytes), and various types of cells in organs like the liver, kidney, and heart.
2. Cell Size: Cells can vary significantly in size. For example, red blood cells are small, typically measuring around 6-8 micrometers in diameter, while nerve cells can be much larger, extending up to a meter in length in some cases.
3. Cell Division: Cells in the human body undergo cell division to replicate and replenish tissues. The two main types of cell division are mitosis and meiosis. Mitosis is responsible for growth, repair, and asexual reproduction, while meiosis is involved in the formation of gametes (sperm and eggs) for sexual reproduction.
4. Lifespan: Different cells have varying lifespans. For instance, red blood cells have a relatively short lifespan of about 120 days, while some nerve cells can last a lifetime. Skin cells usually last for a few weeks before they are shed and replaced.
5. Organ Systems: Cells organize into tissues, which then form organs, and organs work together to create organ systems. These systems include the circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system, nervous system, muscular system, and many others, each with specialized cells designed to perform specific functions.
6. DNA: All cells in the human body (with the exception of red blood cells) contain a complete set of DNA, which serves as the blueprint for the structure, function, and regulation of the cell.
7. Cellular Communication: Cells communicate with each other through various means, including chemical signals, electrical signals in nerve cells, and direct contact through gap junctions in some cell types.
8. Cell Diversity: While all human cells share the same genetic information, they can exhibit tremendous diversity in terms of function and appearance due to the specific genes expressed and the unique roles they play in the body.

Be patient and trust in Allah, as he knows the best. Also, remember the bigger and longer the problem and the pain, the higher the rewards. In fact, i believe that the rewards will be so much better, that you wont even remember the struggle. For example; Yaqoob AleyhalSalam has struggled with his severe illness for sooo many years after being rewarded with everything…Another vital thing to note that, Allahu teala might not reward u in this life, but be rest-assured that you will definitely be rewarded, but could be in thereafter instead. And I also believe that being rewarded in thereafter will be so much better as its eternal, not temporary like in this Dunya. Please keep praying 🤲without showing any tiredness and dont give up, just get closer to Allah. This is what Allah wants and expects from you😊Subhanallah
