Waffle on all you want. I’d just come to say you could make it all on one sheet and then cut and before I could start typing you were saying the same thing. Love the look of these on the tracing paper. Patti
I found your channel about 2 months ago, and I've been watching your videos every chance I get. Of all of the videos I've watched, this one and one similar (where you used a rectangular stamp) are my absolute favorite videos! Thanks so much for sharing your tips! I love your style.
I love watching your process and listening to your explanations. You really make me feel like I can accomplish things I'd be afraid to try. This is a cool technique. I think I might try it on some colored vellum that I've had in my stash forever. Maybe even try it masterboard style and then slice into strips.
Yes, that's what I was thinking; mostly because lots of strips tend to get out of hand on me if they're very thin (room and space are minimal for me). Also I've got some vellum that's been sitting waiting for inspiration. This is the very thing to make it special. And I can better randomise any stamping across the whole "board". Gold and silver metallic ink pens or a wash of bronze metallic acrylic paint. Hmm...Lots of ideas from this one video.
Love the thought process content! As you are crafting, I'm often crafting along and think - 'oh yeah! That's a great idea, and I've got some of that'. 🧡💚🤎
A fantastic and realistic DIY project!!!! Loved the fact that you showed every passage and used materials that everyone can access. Saved for this winter holidays!!!
Your strips are so pretty. I definitely want to try making some and it gives me another way of using up the teeny tiny scraps I can't bear to throw away. I enjoy hearing your thoughts and explanations so videos that are a bit longer are fine by me too.
Love the idea of adhering the stamps upside down to mute them. I think adhering on the back of the strip would be a fun option to give some color, while also muting it some.
I love these and will have a go at making some once have some time/space to do so. Please can you tell me what your paint markers are as ive been wanting to get some but I'm really don't know much about them and the colours in your set are just what I'm looking for. Many thanks.
Hilarious! I was just going to look for your ot faux washi strip video, I am just realizing this is new😂. I have made a full vellum sheet and cut it, was great!!

That’s what I’m thinking. Basically I’m a lazy crafter. 😂❤
@@susansmithey5317 but on a big Sheet its also more versatile. Because you can cut them however broad you want them

Can you leave links for the crayons and paint markers used? Thanks!
What are the products/pens/crayons that you use, thank you.
I’m watching this just now. Just wondering why cut the strips first? Could you not decorate the whole sheet then cut it up? Thanks
You could!! I just like making them in strips so I can see what the final result will be
@@megjournalscould you draw a grid in sharpie the width you want, then tape it under vellum onto surface, so you have a guide to bear in mind?
❤
Can you please share what adhesive is working for you with your washi strips?
Waffle 0n...love your voice and videos!
Are the crayon looking things crayons or pastels or something else?
These are beautiful and I'll definitely be making these soon ❤
Wondering how you store your strips?
Could you use parchment paper/baking paper??
