Go watch some of her videos & also Dr. Bergs explanations on “acid reflux/silent” what is happening internally & natural remedies. I was prescribed 2 PIP’s, 2 steroids, & one antibiotic by my ENT. Watched them both- didn’t fill any of these prescriptions! For me, not enough stomach acid so LES was open, letting acids go up where it should not. Acids need to be close to 1.5-3 ph. I increased my acids by lowering my ph. Also read on NIH & WebMD. Most likely you can too. Those meds actually STOP your body from producing acid-not doing anything but making your system worse. My friend, 80, is now weening herself off PPI’s after 20+ years. There is some great tips to try for yourself. ACV tabs with each meal, eating fermented foods; sauerkraut, kimchi, apples……. At my follow up ENT apt. I was back to healthy. I did mention to him that I didn’t take any meds. but healed myself naturally. Read!!! Good luck 😊
Me too! Even before I got my endoscopy I was told that I have acid reflux or heartburn according to the pain in my chest, throat, and stomach. Ummmm. Ok. So just pop these PPI’s for the rest of my life? Also, I’m still in pain. 🤦♀️
Same! But I actually do eat like crap sometimes but I’ve always rebounded and tried to eat healthier when I know I’ve ate like crap for a week. However I’m 28 I’ve always been healthy. I’ve never had acid reflux my whole life until after 2 rounds of antibiotics in 6 weeks. Someone please help, I’m on PPI blockers for the last week, and anxiety medicine right now. But it just doesn’t seem right I’ve never had either of these things!
A PPI has serious side effects, like Kidney disease, plus many others.
What is the solution, can anyone help me?
This hold music gives me PTSD!
A good doctor can diagnose reflux by asking the patient the right questions.
Agreed!

That’s exactly what the doctors do for me
