Another good informative video for people getting into cod fishing. Hooks are upgraded on the zerek fyi.

Great vid mate, reasonably new to Cod and been loving my spinnerbaits. Caught my first near Bendigo on a Reaper Spinnerbait, made locally in Bendigo. Was chuffed about that!
Keen to get one on top this summer though 🤞
Awesome job and I'm pretty new to cod also last season was my 2nd full/interrupted season I'm hooked for life I think haha.

Ok but how did you get the trailer hook THROUGH the trailer like that? Looks amazing and could have definite applications in bass fishing.
Sadly I didn't rig the trailers on these lures. Some you can buy that come pre rigged like this.

They had that snake in the discount bin for five bucks about a year ago and I didn’t buy it cause I wasn’t thinking I’d be doing any cod fishing. Doh!
All the savage gear stuff was awesome for the price.
They are a massive brand in the states however they didn't really take off here so much.
Some of this stuff I no longer own anymore tho.

@@fishermansoffice you should check out albert park lake. It used to be my local spot. Very underrated fishery. Giant yellows in there. good ep fishing and they have stocked cod in there too. Though ive never landed a cod out of APL ( when its clear. Sight fishing madness.
I have heard and seen some good fish out of APL I mean to visit again as I have only fished it twice.

How many Lures do you have

I havent actually counted them but I have quite a few.
Not including soft plastics I'd say close to 100 lures at a guess which is relatively small considering some collections I have seen haha.
Not all of those are murray cod lures tho.
Unknown lure is a mud eye
