Getting a new frame is the right call for reselling. But that is a nice repair on the old frame. Track bike!!! The reassembly was really familiar as put my F4i back together a few weeks ago. Parts are different, but the procedure was very similar! Good call on the color of the wheels. Glad you came back to this bike!
i know nothing about motorcycles. but i feel like these videos are rly inspiring me to get into it! i appreciate the breakdown of everything youre doing so someone like myself can have somewhat of an understanding lol
I always apply a little grease to the Cush drives when I’m in there. They can rot out and crack faster with no grease. Same with axles, they get wiped down and regreased when I have access to them.
Frame looks good but you definitely made a great call by replacing it. I will be subscribing to your channel just because of that call. I ride and I ride fast so you may have saved a life by not passing on a compromised fame. God bless two wheels down brother
You deserve millions of subscriber brother , like your enthusiasm and love about bikes..... I started watching your videos todays and i become your fan of your work love from india..wish to see and want to work with you in your workshop if it's possible ever in my life ....♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Fella massive shout out from sunny England UK , New to your channel and got to amit the work you are doing on these poorly bikes is emence. From start to end is amazing job your doing. Hoofing job on the zx6r by the way. Ninja all the way. Keep the good work up and videos coming. Enjoy learning aswell from you.
killing it with the rebuilds, I am having the biggest trouble with mine. The frame sliders bolts don't line up when I have the two rear engine thru bolts on a Yamaha FZ1
Thanks Jake! And yes, that was a sock... my sock to be exact. and now that I think about it, that sock didn't have any holes in it unlike the pair that I am currently wearing haha
Amazing I really like watching you assembling a wrecked big bike totally hands on bro, and I'm really learning from you, keep up the awesome work, and stay safe always
As a aluminium welder myself, as soon as you touch a ali frame like that at the stresses build up from the heat from the welding process and will require several cooling cycles gradually bring the structural stresses back to normal to prevent cracking in the future.
Rob get that track bike built make a super naughty one. Again I will get round to doing my video for you to see my finish build on my zx6r streetfighter built all by myself
That extra frame purchase was like an extra 2g's to the project. If this was a regular person and not UA-cam I can't see that being a viable alternative to the repair on the original frame. Luckily patreon money and views help pay for the new frame.
@@professorvoluck9311 yeah replacing it was the right thing to do for selling it to the public. If anything were ever to happen one of his videos of him putting it back together would not help.
It was just a big liability for a bike that I'm going to turn around to sell. Ill use the repaired frame on one of my personal bikes, ride the hell out of it, and if it holds up fine with me I know it will be good to sell but will still disclose all damage in the future
Gotta give it to you, you’re not that American, which is a good thing! I can’t stand some of the Americans screaming and ”hyping” about absolutely everything. Keep it real! Great content as always!
hello, I wanted to ask where do you buy oblichovka, spare parts for motorcycles? and what do you do with the removed parts, can you send them to Russia? if that's even possible.
When you powder paint the wheels, do you pull out the bearings? I think about change color in my track bike but if it not necessary to remove bearings it will be great. Please let me know :)
That repaired frame was fine smh people are such “Karen’s”! I had a buddy weld an R1 frame neck on using a jig and it never failed, even dropped the bike a few times, never cracked. People tend to forget the factory welds the frames too! 🤦🏻♂️😆
I would have kept the frame and used it if I was keeping this bike for myself. But since I already had a buyer lined up the repaired frame would have been a liability issue.
Don't know if you can help or not but i need a chassis for an 07 Honda 919. Honda still wants 1300 bucks for a discontinued part. Swingarm pivot is bent. I'm gambling buying a used one. Any ideas?🏍
That frame repair looks very good ,but I think you made the right call on a new one. Now we get to see you build a track bike
I've been talking about building a track bike for a while now and it looks like my chance is finally here!
Part 4? Cmon been ages!!

Thanks Nick! Things have been crazy at my shop recently so thats why this one has been taking a bit longer to get back together
Great upload. I would be interested in seeing the fork seal change process. Keep them coming! From Sydney , Australia.
I love watching your videos! It makes me learn something new always.
You nailed it this time (6:36) The export did not let you down. XD
Hahaha yeah I think I just messed up last time and put it at like 6:13, but you're right, I nailed it this time lol
Wow that frame repair looks mint you had me second guessing buying a new frame for a while but if you are selling the bike it is the way to go .
i know nothing about motorcycles. but i feel like these videos are rly inspiring me to get into it! i appreciate the breakdown of everything youre doing so someone like myself can have somewhat of an understanding lol
Can we acknowledge the master mechanic cleaning tool.....black sock 🤔🤯
The black sock hides the dirt so it can be reused multiple times 😄
Another sneaky 636 at 6:36 😉
Sneaky sneaky!
I knew I wasn't going crazy....I know I saw it flash for a millisecond...🤣🤣🤣
I always apply a little grease to the Cush drives when I’m in there. They can rot out and crack faster with no grease. Same with axles, they get wiped down and regreased when I have access to them.
I never thought about greasing the cush drives before, but makes sense to help condition them from dry rot and cracking
You are 1 of the best bike mechanic I ever seen and please don´t fight with boxes jejeje
That silver Ninja is beautiful. Really enjoying the vids by the way.
I would use that old Frame because of the professional repair job done on it, that is acceptable over here in the UK 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Waiting for part 4 great video love it
glad that you got a new frame

Thanks for the support! I plan on using the damaged frame to build a personal bike for myself, I have no problem riding on that frame myself.

Your buddy did an amazing job
Wow 👏🏼👏🏼💯🏍
Love the silver on that ZX6R 😉
I feel like you would never want to sell these bikes after youve spent so much time and dedication on them !!
That silver/black 636 at 6:36, could do with an aftermarket exhaust tho 😎
i love the video and the new intro 👍🏻🤗
Dope video, Rob. Was that a sock u used to clean the engine, nice. Lol. Can't wait for the next one. Number 1 Canadian fan.

@@RKMotorsports lmfao, now that's funny. Lol
I've watched some other video on rebuilding bike's and in here you can actually see how he values the bikes and "tenderly" rebuild them.

Awesome build man. Great Job.

Hi, can you help me with one decision, which wire is better to use on frame? 4043 or 5356? Thanks
@@razorr335 i use 4043 rods with the right prep and preheat
Thank you!
@@razorr335 no worries mate
Looks like unpacking the new frame was more time investment than to remove the motor from the old frame :D
I didn't realize you're near Lockport. I might've rode past your shop multiple times.
I can wait the next video. Thanks for your job. A fan of France 😉
Waiting for the next one😍
Tamsak bro, nice sharing this interesting & informative video. Keep on vlogging!
Amazing bro I really love to watch ur videos
I wish I could learn from u
Jooo i was try harding all episodes and now i have to wait for the next... damn

That track build might be a little bit down the road lol need to make time to ride my regular bike on the road first! Haha
I av just getting mine back out needs a clean and get that video sorted. Will it be ok for me to mention your name on the video?

So I've noticed at 6:36 there is a picture of a ninja that flashes on the screen you trying to alienate me!!!!! Cbr for life!
Can't wait until you post again great content
Nice video brother see you next episode💪
Thanks for tuning in!
Super 👏👏👏 good job dude
Thank you!
Good job, RK!!!
Thanks Tom!
I like too grease all my axels , that helps a lot with putting it back in with fewer mallet wacks.
Hell yeah my dream bike !!!!
Them wheels looks really good in white dude
My favorite color for wheels!
Hey Rob, its bn more than a month since ur new vids came... waiting. Respect frm India, bro.
damn the fans made my boy buy a brand new frame the other one was perfectly fine
Altered vibration response and harmonic resonance.
@@professorvoluck9311 yeah replacing it was the right thing to do for selling it to the public. If anything were ever to happen one of his videos of him putting it back together would not help.

Nice bro!!!!
Whrere is part 4
Good work love your channel got 1 question how do you be sure that the new frame u ordered hasnt got any repair weld or paint work on it?
6:36 beautiful bike silver and black :%
Present for new upload.
interesting stuff 😊
Why did you not clean and grease the swinging arm bolt? Do you not use a torque wrench and factory settings?
The most exciting part comes next.
Make a street fighter build with the old frame.
Aqui no Brasil não compensaria a troca do quadro..essa peça é mais caro que a moto aqui....😨 ....parabéns pelo vídeo 👍👏👏👏👏
Any chance you'll be working on a Yamaha R1 soon?
Cmon wheres part 4?👌😁
did you use a bearing extraction kit to put the bearing back in or did you just smack them into place?
could u do a demon eyes build on a 2019+ R3? that would be amazing
Need part 4

good bro
Best way to remove stickers is with boiling hot water. It'll get the sticker and the glue off in one go.
i found suzuki 1200 bandit that needs engine rebuild do you buy original parts from suzuki
Hey man what site do you use to purchase wrecked bikes?
No grease on swingarm spindle?
yes I did grease it up I just didn't show that part
Are all those bike full paper...???
