The raw vocal quality is just Amazing
True it was a good recording! Always nice to start with that
@@adamlewismixing hey man can you make a video about how to make good vocal recording that easy to mix
@@zachpitt9249 I plan to do this soon! But I did speak about this on my latest video - ua-cam.com/video/ihFhZSLeHHE/v-deo.html
I'm feeling he used all that for nothing, don't need much
That morphoder trick add so much to the vocal
thanks for this gem
wech zin
This joint and the mix is fricken crazy smooth
What I like is the fact that there is more action here than talk. No gimmicks and words that cause confusion simply put straight to the point and works. I subbed after watching this video. I got a similar work flow.
Mix is gas bro 🔥🔥 The artist went off too 💯
love it!
EXCELLENT.....THANKS BRO
The raw vocals😢😤👌👌
man this is the first tutorial on youtube where the demo actually sounds good and pro why? bc he doesnt do much to the vocal except the tiny things it really needs!
Love that thanks man!
And its a great recording! This is really important and often underrated by beginners.
Very true! Put the effort into getting a good recording and the mix process is much simpler and yields better results
Great video
That sounded so good! Thanks for the tutorial
Thank you! Means a lot
This was perfect brudda, I subbed!
Appreciate it!
Dope
🔥🔥🔥
6:37 wow thanks for this i will definitely try it

Top
thx for the video, it did improve my vocal processing.
A (currently) Free alternative to Waves Morphoder would be Fresh Air by Slate Digital.
Ofcourse I cant really compare them when I don't own both.
Yes Fresh Air is a great plugin that I use a lot
teaches you how to mix vocal baking, choir, hail from Brazil
Hello my homeboy! What settings for the Rvox? How should you dial it in
Could you do a tutorial for when the recording is not so nice
Benzema does music too😂🔥Thanks for the information fam!
😂😂😂had that a few times
A lot of these are paid plugins anyway to get similar results with stock plugins? 😢
Mixing
great raw vocal didnt need the waves tune at all
Curious whats on bus 14 at the very end it wasn't in the breakdown unless I missed something.
Sorry for the late response! This video only shows the verse processing, if you watch the full walkthrough I cover what I did on the chorus, Bus14 is used there. ua-cam.com/video/bQjLhaEacPM/v-deo.html
I am an R&b Vocalist that Produces my own tracks and i struggle with ot overthinkig my mixes
Do u generally add your reverb, delay and other mods to a bus?
Yes that is my preferred way to do it however it’s OK to put reverbs and delays on channels and use the dry/wet knob to dial in the amount
Who produced this track!!!???? I need this producer
Good evening. Did you mix the vocals to tha two track beat?
For this song I mixed the beat also. Check out the full video to see me mixing the beat. Thanks for the comment!
@@adamlewismixing thanks homeboy. What makes you decide whether to mic the beat along with the vocals or have the beat already exported?
If you could do more male vocals, that would be awesome. I rarely find male vocals on UA-cam. Especially full sounding male vocals.
I haven’t worked with many male singers but I will try to do something on that soon!
@@adamlewismixing I’ll send you some to video if need be. When I get a chance. Recovering from surgery. But I would love to see what techniques you would use.
Please do one only stock plug-ins
Thanks for the suggestion. I want to do this soon
Who is that singer? she is amazing. a good singer always make our life easier as a producer
Her name is Im*ni. She is great yes! Links to her music and socials are in the description.
how dar you not show the reverb and delay ping pong settings but otherwise great video!
This one is an early video and I missed some parts😩 lol. Check out my latest R&B video where I do show everything!
@@adamlewismixing awesome thank you!
Pure quality right there. What is the name of the DAW you used ?
I am using Logic Pro, however any DAW will work just as well. Thanks for your comment
Why you are not showing your rev, delay, settings ? Eq before and why like that you eq,process why you making this decision ? Then what set ups you did in reverb and why ? So more detalis and explenation pls :)
Thanks for the feedback! As this is a clip from a full video it didn’t show everything. Also I’m always learning for the next video so i appreciate the comment.
Who is the artist
All in the description man!
Fl studio pls
Ex-so-lent tutorial.
None of these plug ins are on my logic
Sorry about that, most of these plugins are from third party manufacturers. I do plan to make some videos using stock plugins soon
@@adamlewismixing thank you bro !
You showed us every single plugin, except for the most important things. The reverb and delays, did you purposely leave out how and what plugins you were using? I just dont get it. Every single plugin then all of the sudden nothing😪 Nice video, very informative, but the end just didn't sit right with me.
Definitely not intentional! This is a clip from a full walkthrough so not all information is here. I’m also still new to this video game so always improving. Appreciate the feedback!
@@adamlewismixing Understable, hopefully we will see you go more into detail about the delays and throws. Everyone will process vocals slightly different from everyone else, but the delays and throws can be somewhat universal. So that information is more beneficial to me than vocal processing. As I said great video, it was very informative and engaging. You just left out the final sauce. Lol
Appreciate that and will definitely bear it in mind. It’s strange that I missed that on this track as if you watch my other videos I have shown the effects in more detail. These videos are really more walkthroughs of real released songs that I have mixed rather than tutorials but I am still feeling my way in to these videos and things will evolve based on the feedback and how they go down with viewers. Thanks
I’m tired of watching videos like this. The majority of people who watch this will never ever start with a raw file like that. So at the end, we will never really understand how to mix them
I hear you, but as far as I know this wasn’t recorded in a high end studio or with high end gear, and I know for sure that all the songs in my other videos were recorded at home or with low to middle level mics. A good recording technique and good performance can produce these results without the need for high end gear. Thanks for watching
What on earth are you on about geezer
