Thanks! Ruler foot #72, the setting was BSR1, SPI=10, RPM=250 on my Bernina Q16. Enjoy your new machine, so exciting!!!
What is the number of foot you using please?
Did you lower the foot. I don’t know what you call them in English
On a Q16 and Q 20, the feet are always hidden. These machines are especially made for FMQ, free motion quilting .

On the Q16 and Q20 there aren't any feed dogs to lower. It is simply a free motion quilting machine. Hope this answers your question.
