(i know carbon is a reskin of MW) BUT this is crazy how they look similar. all it is, its a physics modification (the two different games)

More like built on top of MW. Reskin might imply that there's nothing changed except visuals and sounds. While they share the same game engine, Carbon introduces several new features and gameplay mechanics.
