Looked like a good event and a great idea letting the kids run for free. 13 laps for the half marathon though, kudos to anyone who did that!

I have run the half there a couple of times and did the 10 miles in August as part of half marathon training. Lost count on laps but used my garmin. I ran Hackney Marshes parkrun yesterday and cooled down through the Olympic park but you have filmed it to make it look more amazing. Great camerawork.

Looks a little hilly. Is it a PB course?

@@jackwalker5828 I got my PB there, mind you it was only my third attempt at the distance (broke 60 mins).
From memory there are some slight hills, I think as you turn the bend to finish each lap.

@@MrJonno85 good to know. Looking for a fast/flat HM course for a PB attempt. A slight hill x13 might scupper my chances. Unfortunatley there arent many options at the moment.

@@jackwalker5828 Victoria Park nearby is flat, some organisers use that for 10k runs.
