thanks philipp ,the exercise that i do as a very biggner (shy, i have nothing to say, less talk) is making short story and telling to camera. sometimes i feel nervouse because i think this is not gonna work or it is not the right way, However, I feel that with each passing day, I will become more confident and fluent in storytelling. is that the best way ? because doing somthing in many ways is gonna be boring i just like to improve my storytelling in one way

That's awesome. Recording yourself regularly is a wonderful exercise and will help you improve very quickly. What def. helps if you improvise when you record yourself instead of presenting something you feel very comfortable with. That makes it even more useful! But great job!
