Am I crazy if I'm dosing 300mls tetraselmus per day to my 150g tank? Also why freeze and feed dead phyto? Mine is fresh, live, never frozen or even refrigerated.
I used to dose Phyto, however, I never noticed a benefit that I did not get with something like Reef Roids. To my understanding, most corals don't feed on Phyto as it is the Zooanthalia that provides the energy to the coral. This is a hotly debated topic to say the least.

When I dose phytoplankton it's for my micro fauna population, I never really thought it was for the corals

Idk man, coral shop I get my corals from feed only phytoplankton and they are the best looking corals
you need to dose live phytoplankton to get the full benefits... live phytos wont foul your tank
