    Thank you, Heather. I listened to your words 4 times. So many positive and negative feelings are filling both sides of the circle. I feel much more motivated to start. How do I reinforce this continually, so I don't give up?

      Bravo!! Anytime I feel intentional discomfort (because I'm doing something hard) I remind myself....Heather this is part of the lighter path. And there's something called the progress principle...meaning that every little bit of progress you notice helps create momentum for more progress...so keep your eye out for the good that you are doing and remind yourself that it ALL counts!
