I got lost in Atlantis for what seemed like hours in the blazing heat. It was awful. I found a shop and bought a 10oz. Coke and they charged me something like $8.00 (US) because I wasn't a member. The Aquarium was packed with people and some of the exhibits just seemed ridiculous. So my day there was a big disappointment and I vowed never to go back. But I have to assume I'm in the minority because clearly thousands of people adore the place. Glad you had a good time in the Bahamas.

We are going to nassau the end of feb.. one day only. I want to go the beautiful beach and walk in the water! How did you get to the beach from atlantis? Taxi? Thank you

Great video. My question is this...is it better to just walk around and find and pay for random activities or just pay for an excursion?
I definitely think it's better to pre plan something. However, it doesn't necessarily need to be an excursion through your cruise line (unless required due to vaccination status).
Great video. So you did not have to pay to visit the shops and casino of Atlantis? In past I have just walked around and gambled a little without paying a cover charge but others are saying you have to pay just to walk in now.
I'm not sure about the casino, but the shops and some of the outer walking areas are free for guests. We were not allowed to go in certain areas and there were employees standing guard to check your room cards before they let you pass.

How long was the walk to Atlantis from the water taxi in time?

Water taxi to Atlantis wasnt far, maybe 10 minutes or so. If I remember correctly, Margaritaville is quite close to the drop off.

Did you book the food tour thru Royal because not a choice for us, everything is water related.
We didn't. We found the Tru Bohemian tour on Trip Advisor. It was highly rated so we decided to give it a try.
How much you two paid for water taxi? And how much for taxi to back your cruise? I will take same your cruise next month ( August 2019). I like Atlantic Resort! So beautiful 🥰😍. Thanks for your video. By the way, why didn’t take water taxi back cruise ship? Look like it quickly than taxi, right?
Hi, I can't remember the exact price of the water taxi, but it was inexpensive, I think around $5 each + tip. We didn't take it back because it only ran every half hour and we didn't want to wait for the next one. Have fun on your cruise!
