Hi sir I want to apply for MiM and MSc in Analytics abroad programs in 2025. However the official websites of the different unis mentioned that they accept both gre and gmat, but I am confused which exam to go for. Could u help in clearing this doubt taking into account that i want to work abroad for a couple of years.
Hi, GRE is for management and masters in research and engineering GMAT is only for Management. Based on that you can choose for yourself. Check what MSc requires?? based on that take a call. Hope I was able to answer your question. All the very best !!!

Hi Dev, It's a very personal choice based on study material and online/Offline prep. Also, it depends on whether you want just material or also tutoring. For coaching live classes I would advise you to try the free lectures first offered by almost all coaching classes and then make your choice. Hope I was able to help you out. All the very best.

Hello my child thank you for sharing information. My son is going to appear for GMAT exam in 2026, he is an engineering student, kindly guide whether he should go with an MBA course or a masters in engineering. I am waiting for your response. Thank you
Hi Ma'am, I would recommend after completing his engineering, your son should work in the field that he is graduating from. Once he has experience of 1 to 2 years, he will know whether he wants to do management or go into engineering specialisation. Based on that if he wants to do management let him continue working for more than 1 year and then answer CAT/GMAT based on where he wants to do his MBA in India or abroad respectively. Abroad mostly 5 years of work experience is required. In India, there is no requirement for work experience, but I always recommend it (at least 2 years). If he wants to do specialisation in Engineering, he will have to do an MS abroad or do a Masters in Engineering in India, where he will have to answer the GATE exam. Hope I was able to help you out, Ma'am. All the very best :)
Thanks a ton for sharing the latest update regarding this exam 👏🏼
My pleasure.
