The poster advertised a fair/circus held at Town Meadows, Rochdale in Lancashire. Rochdale is my home town and is about 12 miles from the city centre of Manchester. Town Meadows no longer exists, it is largely covered by Rochdale Police Station and the War Memorial Gardens.

I am glad I found this video. This is one of my favorite songs on the album. I love all of the songs and still play the vinyl album often. Thank you for posting this video.

I bought my poster from you a year ago and I still absolutely love it! You have done a fantastic job reproducing the original poster and I'll enjoy looking at it for years to come, thanks again!

11:35 the poster. Great job at reproduction! I have seen some really bad, inaccurate versions.

You are a very bitter man, Peter Dean an accomplished and recognised artist held in high esteem, took over a year of research study and experimentation to produce his, I own his print and don't acknowledge yours.

I'm pretty sure I gave Peter Dean and his team some pretty mad props in this video. I acknowledged the importance of their work and the fact that it inspired me in my work. But I also show objectively and beyond any reasonable doubt, that my new print captures details from the original that no one even suspected existed when Dean made his print. To anyone for whom accuracy is important, it is impossible to do better than this print. And, honestly, if Peter Dean hadn't issued a slew of illegitimate copyright takedowns against my original version and then refused to even have a discussion with me about it like an adult (and I tried... a LOT), then I don't know that I'd have bothered mentioning him. But the reality is that he pulled some backhanded stunts in an attempt to stifle competition, when I wasn't even trying to compete with him. So now I am competing with him, by producing a far more accurate reproduction at an equal quality for a lower price. And it's all his own doing. If his research, study and experimentation was so thorough, I guess I'm left wondering how it is that there are so many blatant inaccuracies, even prior to the new reference becoming available? I mean, I have a 14 minute video on just that.
If you're happy with Peter's version, I am happy for you and I hope you continue to enjoy it for a long time to come. But with or without Peter, I would have striven to make the best, most accurate version possible. Wanting to make the best version of something isn't the result of being bitter, it's the result of always striving for perfection.
