Great topic!!! Finding your inner strength in the darkest times is so important to have. It truly is a super power. It is counter intuitive for people who are on meds for depression to take them when they feel well, and I'm glad you have the discipline to take them on schedule. I think it's good to at least visit being off grid, be it at a cabin or taking a caravan on a road trip. If only you recenter and appreciate another mode of being. When you start up these Wednesday thoughts, I'll be looking forward to them.
Everyone has at some point had dark times if not there very lucky

Glad you are still with us, you are an inspiration. Was looking into the off-grid lifestyle and when I found your channel that's when I knew that's my goal.
Hoping to get the money together with my new venture to buy a small piece of land somewhere, probably in Oxfordshire and make the dream a reality. Love the Idea of being fully self sufficient.

I've already drawn up schematics for the beginning of my solar system and working on various security measures etc, currently designing an LRAD/Sound Laser among other things.😂 Probably unnecessary but I'm a bit of a prepper so...

I want to buy a log cabin or some buy some land in Scotland to build a cabin and get away from life. Yes' i've been in that dark clinical place so know what your saying! I moved way from where i was bought up, new job, new woman and life is alright Ian, its alright.

You just need to contact your local planning office each councils planning rules are different and more flexible than others..
