Been in the hospital for more than a month, if I survive this I'm going to book a trip with my son's
Keep fighting Richard. We will be praying for you. And when you do survive, we’ll be thrilled to host your family.
Month 3 I'm still in here Bone infections are hard to beat love the boat guys
Looking good! Missed you the other day. We hauled Mad Ludwig out to sand & paint the bottom, polish up the running gear, change zincs, and wax the hull. She's running great and we can't wait to get out there ourselves.
Best wishes for a great summer season gents!
Got a trip booked with you in a few weeks, can't wait.
Excited to have you Richard!!
Looking forward to heading out on a trip with ya'll this summer
Awesome Chip!!
Yall make some great videos !! And have an amazing boat!!
Appreciate that Leonard!
Go, mountaineers !!!!!
Badass.
Beautiful boat!!!! Wish you had mentioned the typical cruising speed, top speed, fuel range, fuel burn, that type of stuff. Also love that head, its great for a 40' boat. I HATE HATE HATE HATE those wet heads where you have to piss/shit/shower/shave/brush teeth in the same tiny ass space. Put the damn toilet in a different divided space like this boat, its a worthy sacrifice of room even on a small boat.
Thanks Aaron, and agree with you there. The boat isn’t a speedster. Cruise is about 23kts at a slow fuel burn of .9-1.0 MPG. Top speed is about 29kts. She holds 500 gallons of fuel.
Have you thought about adding a SeaKeeper? is it possible to do on an older boat not designed for it?
We have Jake, and we’d still really like to do so. The biggest issue would be fitting the unit through the entrance to the engine room. To make it happen, we’d likely have to cut the floor.
I love the two bulges on each side of her belly, what a fishing boat
Yep, Capt Ron always calls her a “fat girl” 😂
Tumble-home forward is the technical term. I used to call them her jowls :)
No teak "……….no teak……to much maint
It is a PITA for sure.
Ruined it with the Garmin screens. Should have gone Simrad all the way!!!
