well they're two different sub-genres of dubstep. Vexare is Filthy Dubstep, Skrillex is Brostep. It would be valid to say that you like Vexare over Skrillex, but I don't think it's right to say that one is better than the other. It all depends on the listeners taste. That being said, I like Vexare more than Skrillex.
