Dude! If you could sneak into stitches great escape, that would be sick! I would love to see what it looks like right now and the animatronics are still standing without skins
Kali B fair point, I would think after robbing the animatronic they would have better security, even around that ride, it still would be pretty cool to see what it looks like now
So at the beginning of this video I thought, no stitch isn’t possible getting into magic kingdom is way too fucking stupid but having seen the end a very different story........
Yes this is his actual plane. Insides were gutted and some were likely saved by Walt Disney Archives. The interior would not last in Florida’s hot and humid environment. It would have mold, etc within months of losing climate controls. This way at least the exterior and framework can be saved. This is still located on property backstage. Last time I saw it was near wastewater treatment plant... this plane actually landed on World Drive near TTC and then was towed to Disney - MGM Studios Park in 1992 and put in the backlot tour.
Jay Bortles For whatever reason Disney does not want guests to access this. Even when it was in Hollywood Studios, it was not truly guest accessible. You could only see it on the Backlot Tour ride. It would be cool though if they set it up in one of the theme parks as an exhibit of some sort. Maybe also for safety reasons they don’t want guests inside with all of the exposed sharp metal, etc.

@@oakpineranch This is the original paint scheme, there's photos of Walt in front of it with this look. The blue & white is said to have been a vinyl job
Yo this is insane! Thanks for sharing the stuff Disney never would! It’s weird how they restored the outside to the original paint job bit completely gutted the inside 🤔 wonder what they are planning?? They’re probably gonna let it rot for another 20 years lol
Wow, it's sad to see the condition of the inside. I hope they restore it and make it an educational exhibit!! I can't believe the balls you have, Matt. And climbing Big Thunder after two life bans? Damn.
@David Sure! I just figured that with the way the Walt Disney Company handles artifacts, they wouldn't have left it open and exposed the interior to the elements like this. It would have made for an easier restoration.
Disney Archives handles their history and artifacts as well, if not better than, the Smithsonian. They’ve already restored the outside to its original state since it moved to this spot.
That plane looks pretty good even though its been gutted. Also did I hear that right? CLIMBING BIG THUNDER MOUNTAIN RAILROAD?!?! Dude Matt you are incredible! At some point I hope Disney is like: you know what, he means no harm. He just wants to show the world the behind the scenes of Disney. Honestly I think at some point in the far future, all of Disney's hidden away attractions and closed off areas will no longer be a secret, and they'll have to open up to it all. I do understand that some places and things could be a risk to public health and safety, but by hiding things away or trying to prevent people from seeing them, more people will just want to see them. I can even imagine a potential dystopian future where everything Disney sits abandoned as survivors in the wild wonder what the Magic Kingdom used to be like. It gives me chills imagining one of the most iconic theme parks of the world one day becoming a quiet, desolate wasteland. But enough rambling, love your videos, looking forward to the next one.
Brad Mitchell yeah trust me, Disney is one of the richest companies in the world, I don’t think they’ll ever be like “he means no harm”. But I guess one can dream 😂
Amazing footage, and I (like almost everyone else watching these) get a buzz from the thrill of these videos, knowing we're all seeing something we probably shouldn't. But this all ends with you hurting yourself or going to jail, and no amount of "views" will save you from a judge's gavel. You're a young guy, obviously resourceful - rest on the laurels of your escapades to date and cash out while you can. There are a lot of adventures out in the world with lower risk factors.
Odd that they stripped off the blue stripe, Disney Logos, and Mickey from the tail and then repainted it in the original colors the plane was delivered in. Is it still behind the Reedy Creek Environmental Sciences Offices? It appears not to be there anymore in the most recent aerial photos.
I have been watching you since you started when I was 14 , just took a fireworks boat on seven seas lagoon and they talk about the Alabama man who snuck in during pandemic and said he’s the only one to successfully get onto discovery island bc their security is so good… little do they know . Guess they don’t know about your 2 life bans😂
To keep a nuisance out you hire the best pain in the ass one obviously this kid enjoys the place he’s not stealing anything he’s just taking a video on the other hand it’s an insurance nightmare if he gets hurt in anyway.
Maybe it is just the aviation enthusiast in me, but Disney should spend the money to restore this plane. Even if they couldn’t get it to be airworthy, it was so monumental in the planning of Walt Disney World. So sad to see it is such tough shape.
I don't know what the big deal about this video is I think I saw that on the backlot tour. Well the big deal for DisneyAnyway. Other that it's a gut it out piece of junk

Holy shit! You’re a god! This is great, cannot wait for the Big Thunder vid. It sucks that you’ve been banned for obvious reasons, but you’ve got once in a lifetime footage. You’re a legend! Disney better not try to take your videos down!
The plane hasn't been in a theme park (Hollywood studios) in several years. It's on Disney world property at a water treatment facility...so gaining access while still difficult, isn't as difficult as say inside a park. As to the interior, it makes sense for it to be gutted. With the heat and humidity in Florida, it would deteriorate quickly. Unless they put it in a air conditioned building it should just be left as is.
Walt Disney’s Grumman Gulfstream I Airplane Returns to Palm Springs Straight from @DisneyD23 Expo 2022. Walt Disney’s Grumman Gulfstream I plane will journey from D23 Expo 2022 in Anaheim to Palm Springs, CA where it will be celebrated mid-October when it is displayed alongside the Palm Springs Air Museum collection. In addition, a new exhibit will be constructed at the Museum and open on Walt Disney’s birthday, December 5, 2022. This new exhibit will highlight the history of the plane-also known affectionately as “The Mouse”- and showcase its significance to The Walt Disney Company’s history and its relevance to the Palm Springs Area. “We are so happy to have Walt’s plane make a ‘landing’ at the Palm Springs Air Museum, just a few miles from where Walt and his family had vacation homes at Smoke Tree Ranch,” said Walt Disney Archives director Rebecca Cline of the plane, which will be on long-term loan to the Museum. “It is the ideal setting for this incredible icon.” The newly repainted plane with updated wing edges and windows will be on view along with rarely exhibited items from the aircraft’s interior, including a customized instrument panel originally located near Walt’s favorite onboard seat that allowed him to monitor flight conditions; a telephone handset that gave Walt a direct line of communication to the pilot in the cockpit; a flight bag featuring an image of Mickey Mouse sitting on the tail of the iconic plane; and more. Walt’s plane returned to the West Coast for the first time since October 8, 1992, when the plane landed on World Drive near Orlando, Florida, at the Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park (now Disney’s Hollywood Studios), where it resided as a part of the Studio Backlot Tour until 2014. The recent exterior repaint and finishing work, along with the cross-country move of the aircraft, was made possible thanks to collaboration and support from Walt Disney Imagineering.
