To hear Coops bittersweet relationship with NYC was a poetic expression! Giving this guy a fixie to shred is like giving Picasso a paintbrush!
Love the dialog.. and Terry's following.. I always wished they had a back pointing seat cam.
This conversational format is actually sick.
Cooper is one of the best speakers this channels has, thank you two for sharing
This was so good, thank you Terry and Cooper.
Never disappoints!! Such a rad dude!
Like Coop I grew up in NY though it was actually in Brooklyn. You get a different perspective in life once you move out. The quality of life is a bit different here in the Midwest and life is not as eclectic as it is in the Big Apple. I would move back to NY but only if I had a truck load of money as it is just too expensive to live there. As it is, I'm in my 70s so I'm resolved to staying here for the rest of my life.
Good to know Coop's outlook on life. I wish him well ...
I feel like this should have been on the main channel. I really enjoyed listening to Cooper
Cooper Ray has some of the best video parts of any discipline in cycling. And Terry B. has shown so many urban riders the stepping stones to what can be done smooth in traffic. Learn your city and take baby steps, and you'll find a new level of freedom. Thanks Cooper and Terry.
The hotline video of Terry and Cooper was the first video that really got me into cycling 5 years ago. I used to be fat. I'm much healthier and thinner now. Can't help to be sad that Cooper moves on from being a bike courier in NYC. Still, I'm glad he's still riding.
Love checking out your Strava Cooper.
I'm looking forward to seeing upcoming videos of Cooper's life in Mexico. Yes what you said Cooper makes sense to me.
This was way too personal. Also hit 30 in February, about to change work after 10 years and it's mostly because of a philosophy change. I feel your thoughts. There comes a time your eyes actually open to the world around and see things with a different perspective and more clarity. Thank you both and allowing to follow your journey. Helps make sense of things.
0:10 "Its so cold. Shit."
Welcome to New York .
5:45 "Seem just seem kind of aggravated man."
Welcome to New York.
Great edit. Good to see Cooper back, even for a little. He speaks Spanish really well. Be safe down there, bro. Looking forward to some video from you.
Cooper needs to come back and be featured again and again, and you need to go visit him for a hotline Terry!
Siiiii!!!
Estoy muy de acuerdo!!
Yes!! I completely agree with that.
"i dont know if anything i just said made sense" - oh hell everything you just said made absolute 110% sense
Se le escucha muy bien a Cooper hablando español.
Muy contento de que esté disfrutando su nueva vida.
this is awesome content. thank you for giving your man Cooper such a huge stage on this ride, Terry!
Now he will be known as Cooper Reyes…
😂🤣😂
Glad to hear you're happy with your life change Cooper. I was feeling similar in Boston... that place just gets shittier day by day. So I wound up moving to Switzerland and it's like a whole new world I never knew existed. It takes a lot of courage and balls to just pack up everything and leave family and friends behind, but it's that kind of challenge that keeps you going mentally and brings new meaning to your life. Learning and experiencing new things is what keeps the soul happy. Best of luck dude and looking forward to seeing you in action over there.
Nice man! Where in Switzerland did you end up? Pretty nice place for cycling too!
the Legend returns
so good to have you both back we missed you
riding with Cooper Rays always my favorite. Thanks both of you.
I completely agree.
Nice to see Cooper riding NYC again but can’t wait to see you guys shred Mexico!
Mexico isn’t for riding bicycle because it’s too hot most of the time. NYC is perfect for bicycle. I am sure in one year he will be back to NYC.
@@tongotongo3143 ahahahaha
thank you for this lovly vid. missed the cooper content
great effort terry b keep em coming
It is good to hear that you have been able to change your landscape and ideas, never too late to change! Greetings from Argentina. 🤟
Wow, thank you for speaking about Mexico, so much joy. ❤
''LineaCaliente'' en mexico? :0
That's a great video Cooper and your the one who got me hooked on bike videos. I hope you do make more videos stay safe
So glad to hear cooper is back can't wait for more
love the wisdom imparted upon us from a true veteran of these cold city streets. wishing you the absolute best in la ciudad, mr Rooper! hope to hear more insights from you in the near future. Proud of you for finding the impetus to overcome the tendrils of nyc
Finally Cooper is back! Love’ya and enjoy Mexico
Enjoyed this alot
Cooper is a great storyteller.
Siiiiii!!
Saludos al carnal Cooper! Esperamos pronto su regreso a México y espero poder coincidir con él algún día aunque me deje muy atrás jajaja
hey cooper don't know if you will read this but i really love watching this kind of videos where you have a conversation with us. just as you, i recently moved to another country, i'm mexican and i live in brazil. i discovered fixed gear bikes when i moved here and since i bought my first one i just couldn't stop riding. it didn't only give me enough autonomy as a foreigner in a new (crazy) place but it's also what keeps me moving on during hard times. brazil is also a hell of a place to ride bikes but we still resist. i'm glad you have been getting used to live in cdmx, espero que mis tierras siempre te hagan sentir bienvenido. ❤
Thanks for the update on your life. I hope you have a good life in mexico. It wouldn't be for me because it's even more so a car-centric hellhole than NY. I'll stick to the battlefield europe, but I can relate to the longing to move to another country and how your comfort can hold you back. Big up for taking the courage to just do it.
Flying through that bridge is sick. Super precise riding style. Shout out Cooper his Spanish game is strong. 🤙🏼
PS. Like Terry with NY, I moved to LA 8 years ago from Miami and never looked back.
Great video guys! Hope you find some chill benches in Mexico.
Cooper Ray is one of my favs! I'm stoked for some Mexico videos! 🤘😁
Cooper S K I L L S Ray.....good work keeping up Mr T B 🤗👊🏻✌🏻
Thx Terry. I miss this guy.
The legend himself Cooper Ray! GOAT status
this was so good, I love these, they pretty much inspire my vlogs, what setup are they using?
New York is definitely one of a kind. You couldn't pay me to live in Mexico City but the grass is always greener so I understand where this guy is coming from. Glad you've made the changes you've been searching for man. Stay safe out there.
De locos amigo, espero un día rodar contigo en la CDMX, I have seen that in NY there are a lot of fixies.
This POV makes everything look fast as hell
Nice!! And that whip! Whoa! Ride on Rooper!! :) (people seem agravated.. lol) (everything's in slow motion) (you gotta worry about people, efin roaches) (mexico's got some wild sh*t) (closed to cars, not to Cooper!) (look how smooth this is, like a babies *ss!)
A huevo! Bienvenido a México carnalito
Lol New York bike lanes are rough this was so sick! Damn this was skillful
That Salsa quill stem is cool
Cooper on México! You have to come to Argentina someday 🎉
espero ver videos rodando en CDMX

I've missed the Cooper videos!
Me too!!
Thanks!
Mexico😮 Nice!!! I was born over there by the Benito Juarez ✈️✈️✈️
Mexico content on his old channel or will there be a new one? I'm hyped for it
nice bro. I feel the same way about NY, the US has poverty of the mind.
Poetry on wheels.
good bike!
Awesome

México city sounds Like Lima, amazing and wild place to drive a bike, love it (sometimes)

What's his trabajo en Mexico. Gosh I'm 30 now too ugh

Missed you, Baby.
"chatty coper on a track bike"
Saludos desde argentina 🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷💪
I want this speed, but also want a dutch bike... Man,, which do I choose?
I've got both, and if I could only choose one I'd keep my upright style Dutch bike. My fixed gear is fun, but the comfort and utility of the upright make it my favorite. I can haul anything in any weather in comfort with that one.
chatline
dude, did you just casually clip a car mirror at 15:25
What is your gear ratio?
Probably 49x17, from what he says in other videos. He calls it the perfect NYC gear ratio.
I think you Miss New York me as a fixed fighter I'm 64 years old I've been running fixings I was 12 I did leave New York City and I end up coming back but I know how you feel maybe one day you'll come back to New York and enjoy the riding
i love coopers perspective on live.
you were courrier i thought you said in a prviews vids you work for editing company for visual vids
Amazing how someone can speak so many words and say so little
It's because you weren't listening
México city actually has way more ppl that NYC, they just don't have many sky scrapers cuz of the earthquakes so the population is more spread out. however since Mexico city is a city on top of a city it's infrastructure is still terrible.

Why he move to Mexico? Any specific reason?
I guess maybe marriage with wealthy husband? Also curious.
I don't know why YT recommended me this constantly complaining, red lights running and generally negative person. Oh the mysteries of the internet.
He was pretty positive about Mexico City. Guess you didn't like that part.
