K1 Max Stop Error Key 2529 Problem Deepens

  • Here can be seen the initial successful print followed by the 2529 error, the bed lowering instead of rising (when homing), the factory reset, the bed not stopping as it tries to go through the printer base, the continuous unrecoverable errors.

    K1C user here, used the machine without any problems for 2 months, then the problems started.
    Now seeing your video its like watching something i could have recorded myself.
    Not happy with this device at all

      My K1 is still under warranty and the reason for my uploads are only to demonstrate to Creality the scope of the problem.
      So far they’re saying their engineers are looking into it and that nothing leaves the factory without a quality control inspection.
      This is my third problem with the same printer. The last time they sent new strain gauges and pcb.
      This hasn’t solved this ongoing problem, one that hasn’t resolved itself during the course of consecutive updates.
      They’ve been answering my emails almost daily that’s certainly positive but since uploading the latest video and sending the file logs they’ve become quite.

      Had a 2529 error.
      Loosening the 4 top bed screws and retightening them solved the problem for me.

      Loosen the four sensor fixing screws. and tighten it lightly

      @@user-io1oy7fx1b Hi thx for your advice. But do you mean the four screws holding the bed or the four screws on each of the four strain gauges and totalling 16 screws?

    Same is happening to me. I am pushing Creality to take it back and refund it. But they are .... It's exhausting trying to reason with them.

      @@rostislavzlatnik8091 interesting you should leave your comment just now. Only last night I had sent Creality a letter of demand.
      They do at times try their best to obfuscate a message you clearly articulate.
      It’s good (& unfortunate) other users are experiencing the same issue as it will add weight to the body evidence when i escalate the issue to the consumer rights tribunal to enforce our local laws.

      @@zoltaniii9534 Yes, you are completely right. Communication with them is especially tough for your mental health. They will try any means possible to avoid warranty claim. I had to educate them about customer's statutory rights in EU and report them to Amazon. But finally I managed to receive return label and full refund!
