    It's really nice how your reviews are short and quite on point. I don't think there's more to be said about this bike. Thanks!

    Ride the Aspero for one year now. Its a great fast bike and i have no problems at all. I like the frame geometry its like a sport car and feels very save if you ride high speed on cross/gravel trails and of course on tarmac - great quality too - i love it...

    One of a tiny handful of dropped seat stay bikes that's actually pretty. Very pretty, in this case. The mudguard, rack & dynamo headlight incompatibility is an issue. So much so I'd never consider it. But it is a beauty, no question.

    Nice review could you include the bike rider weight maximum. A lot of gravel bikes where adopted by us heavier guys as winter bikes for the comfort and larger tyre volume. Unfortunately the bike manufacturers are fitting component with a maximum combined bike and rider weight of 100 to 110kg which means if your 90 to 100kg in body weight and carry two bottles you invalidate your warranty.

    Soo cool to have people like you: sharp and precise reviews! Just a wish now... hesitating between a Mason Bokeh2 and Cinelli Zydeco King. The former has great reviews... the latter not a single one. Please, review the Cinelli. I would be grateful :-)

    Any thoughts on this bike vs. a Santa Cruz Stigmata? I've demo'd both and they both felt felt like rocket ships compared to the Salsa Journeyman I'm currently riding. I am looking for something zippier and more of a road bike but that can also (somewhat handle) the gnarlier terrain that the Salsa can handle. Thanks for your review

    Hello, one question. I'm to buy a gravel bike either the Cervello Aspero or the Pinarello Grivel. Since both bike are fast and you tested both of these. What will be your recommendation base on perfomance, not price?
    Thank you.

      @roadcc  4 роки тому +1

      Did you watch the entire video? 😉 Dave says; "Yes the Aspero does indeed have a long 575mm top tube on the size 56cm, but a KEY detail with the new bike is a lesson Cervelo has taken from modern mountain bikes, in combining a longer top tube with a shorter stem, so you get good steering with a good fit. So the position was very good for me."

    This bike was really easy to assemble ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA and required very few adjustments out of the box. The wheels did not require any truing/adjustments. The frame had some small scratches, but nothing major.I did replace the seat though - the seat it came with was very uncomfortable. The tires need to be re-inflated every 4-5 days, but this appears to be quite common for the narrow 700x25 tires.Overall, in my opinion, this bike looks and rides like a much more expensive bike.

    Thank you for a great review although I didn't understand everything and couldn't count on the auto-generated subtitles - as per this snapshot at 5:39: "... yes Russian buyer Civello espera right now you will not be disappointed but if you want more thirsty vodka amounts an extra amount of white packing equipment more comfort and bigger toilets...". :)

    • @3TZZZ
      @3TZZZ 2 роки тому

      Very good point - we're not all 65kg pro's! Although I reckon the reply in this case would be - the Aspero is a gravel race bike, designed for slim ultra fit riders. ...Having said that however, it's primarily the wheels that need to take the weight of a heavier rider and the Aspero would presumably be built stronger than a comparable carbon road bike, given it is designed for aspero (rough) gravel riding. ...Hunt make some excellent SuperDura Allroad gravel wheels with a weight limit of 130kg, which might be an excellent upgrade on the Cervelo Aspero. ...What does everyone else think?

    I don’t understand the definition of versatility. If you went to a road race on this, with some fast tires you wouldn’t be out of place, unlike if you went on an half mountain bike “gravel bike” with build in suspension and a dropper post. I think versatility can go in different directions then just bike packing.
