Criminally underviewed video, genuinely fantastic work and I hope this explodes at a later date. I feel Vietnam is just the tip of the iceberg labelled "Forgotten Conflicts" that far more media, films or videogames, should focus on, such as the Falklands, South American drug conflicts or the various African wars, not to mention the other Asian wars!
Dude... I just saw this and I apologize that I am late... But holy crap dude! You put LOADS of research and time into this! I love it! Thank you for giving your channel a bit of a historical spin. Definitely a plus for me. This is awesome!!!!
Hi Bob, thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. When I decided to do a documentary on Vietnam War Games I felt I had to provide some sort of historical context and timeline, happy with how it turned out in the end. Cheers
You know, at first the way this documentary is cut seemed a bit... uhmm... Temperamental, and even a bit disrespectful (the transition from the intro to Rising storm) and I was about to close youtube and go to to sleep. But I decided to give it a little more time to see if you were trying to develop a concept, and I don't regret staying. Very well done my friend in photography!
Thank you for sticking with it. Obviously I had to balance historical facts and game footage in a way that was going to flow. Quite tricky but I was pleased with the outcome, glad you appreciated it in the end.
Conflict: Vietnam and BF Bad Company are the only two I’ve played (I’m a console peasant). Loved them both but Vietnam is certainly an underused theatre.
What an absolutely superb documentary. I don’t use Facebook or Twitter (or any other social media accept UA-cam) or else I’d share this. I don’t know how much it would cost but perhaps you could consider advertising your channel on here. You deserve way more subs, especially if you’re going to do more of these documentaries. I’ve seen your other one and it was equally impressive. Keep it up mate, I’m sure you’ll explode soon. I hope the algorithm smiles upon you soon.
Sadly I run this channel on the tightest of budgets so advertising isn't something possible at present. Hopefully over time people will discover the content naturally.
where did you take that proverb? the "The Army is the poison and the people are the water in which the poison is mixed" ?? here the proverb we spoke is "quân dân như cá với nước" mean "the army and the people are like fish in the water, the army is the fish and the people is water".

Exactly what I thought when I was looking a complete lists of the games to date. Thanks for watching.

Agreed, it would be interesting to see a vast open world take on it with a map encompassing the region.
Very well put together 👏
Thank you.
That was incredible.
Thank you, glad you found it interesting.
I remember the MS-DOS game seal team. Played hours of it
Never heard of that one, will look it up. Cheers

@@PlayGames_PG i'm a Vietnamese living in Vietnam, sir. so please, i'm tried to made it clear for you that the proverb sound unaccurated.
Thank you, translations are always open to interpretation as languages rarely translate literally. Thank you for your input.
The fact you picked cold war over bo1 shame lol
Sadly I can't feature everything. Thanks for watching.
@@PlayGames_PG i just think it had more variety of what took place in vietnam but hey i loved the video.
Due to the channel being made on a budget I have to sometimes go with what I have, but I'll have to check out bo1 again some time. Cheers.
