I'm almost finished this quilt. I'm an advanced quilter and i'd say this pattern is for people who have quite a bit of experience with piecing and making things fit. I used a LOT of Best Press because of all the bias edges.

Directions for this quilt states to use 1/4 inch seams, is that included in the measurements given for each piece or do we have to add it before we cut them out? What is the measurement for the center square?

exact measurements really arent given for each border and like most patterns, the seam allowances are included.
