  • I filmed this video and went into labour a couple of days later, so clearly all the things I did to prepare for a natural labour and delivery must have worked well. :-) This video covers what I did to cultivate the right mindset, to keep my body strong and flexible, and what supplements I took to help myself prepare. Hope you find this helpful! If you're pregnant, I'm wishing you a great labour! Thanks for watching!

Your approach is so soft and soothing. People can get so overwhelmed with all the information out there but you broke it down and successfully used what worked for you. You are awesome !

I followed Hypnobabies and successfully gave birth to my first baby naturally without medication. My baby is also three months. It’s all about mindset and practicing your meditation/hypnosis techniques in addition to regular exercise and overall physical well-being

I agree! Mindset and physical preparation are everything when it comes to giving birth. But then of course an open mind is important as well, you definitely need to be flexible enough if things don't go quite according to plan. So glad your birth was great, too! Congratulations!
