    I am a 69 year old widow and I live in a small town in North Central Texas. I'm located about a mile off the interstate. I have several guns, and I'm licensed to carry them. Problems like this with druggies and criminals are exactly why I am armed. I know some people are dead set against guns, but I feel more secure having mine and hoping I never need to use them.

      A gun is a tool just like a hammer. A gun never killed anyone and a hammer has caused many sore thumbs. It's all about the user of each. Unfortunately some just want to blame a gun and not the person using it.

      I hope you nor I ever have to use them. I hope we always have them too. Liberals seem to be getting their ways to much and I have a feeling sooner or later they will be collecting guns from people who are not the criminals. I am not sure I will give mine up.

    We have a large meth issue in Ohio too. Sad what happens when they remove psych services. We now have a situation the police have to deal with the psych issues with in the communities. Frankly I feel we need to reopen the psych hospitals as well have parenting classes in all schools systems and require parents to have parenting classes when they and/or their children start screwing up.

    • @BeverleyMiller_

      So parenting isn’t always the issue. I just got a parent does a parenting class isn’t gonna make them a good parent.

    • @MelissaSanders-k7x
      @MelissaSanders-k7x Рік тому +1

      @@MeadowsMiniFarm I am not sure anyone is saying that its always parenting. fact I first stated issues with psych services, I also stated the main cause in my community. There however is a core relationship to substance abuse in parents and the likeliness of their children doing drugs to does that mean every child whose parents does drugs will do drugs too no example and you have said you do not but the outliner do not take away from what the studies have shown. As well parenting classes do not mean oh the parents are doing drug. there is a HUGE lack of parenting going on with in most communities as well parent who do parent but do not know how to handle the situations in todays society when they see their kids going down wrong path. Or the parent choose not to be active in their kids lives for whatever reasons. All of which can be addressed in parenting classes.

    I appreciate the way you conducted yourself explaining the pickup and the troubled couple. I am a father who had to watch his daughter trying to kill herself with these drugs. She and her husband lost everything. He was about to come to Oklahoma to complete his testing for a pipeline welder for local 798. They lost their kids, brand new truck, a $30,000.00 camper. Well after 9 years and much jail time and overdoses she is clean and has been for 5 years. I had to make 1 of the hardest decisions I ever had to make but for her to get out on parole I had to take responsibility for her but I knew it wasn't time so I had to choose for her to stay in jail. This just about killed me as a dad. Well now she is the manager of 2 AT&T stores has a new husband and a beautiful son. Had it not been for God's grace and love I doubt she would be with us today. She also has a class 1 day a wk trying to help other's overcome their addiction. I feel if many of us would try to help through God's power we might just be able to help even 1. I am new to your videos but so far I find them very enjoyable. God Bless you and your family and keep up the good work. That means to stop running over your hydraulic lines. LOL

    I love watching y’all fish at the creek. As a kid, the family had a mossy creek, moss hanging in the trees and it was creepy but we loved taking our cane polls and catch the perch in the shade of the evening, what memories ❤😂!

    I’m loving the time you are spending fishing with your son. I’ve gone back 60 years to southern Utah with my grandfather spending many wonderful hours fishing and enjoying the carefree summer time away from the city and hoping for enough big one to fry in corn meal for dinner. Thanks for your sharing your good times so I can remember mine in a different time and space maybe, but just as truly cherished as my times with my grandfather

    I have worked in law enforcement 25 years and have seen what drugs do to people. We have some property north of OKC area and we had a problem with theft, had to install cameras and have caught 2 people stealing. One just plead guilty to the charges we put on him. The other person was part of a big theft ring in the area and was caught around the corner with stolen property from another house. It is nice to see what you are doing in your area, my moms family is from that area and we are related to a lot of people down there.

    North Arkansas & Southern Missouri have the same problem with tweakers squatters, people coming home to naked guys eating ice cream on their couch, theft. I did a job for the forest service outside Broken Bow and they were wandering around the woods. I had some batteries stolen out of equipment but got off luckier than the logging crew that had stuff stolen and vandalized. Crazy...
