Dude this thing is extremely impressive. Its blowing my mind how good it looks
I really appreciate that Eric, thank you!
I hate the fact that you don't have more subs. One of the best crafters on UA-cam IMO. Love the content and everything about this channel.
I really appreciate that or ozer !! Thank you for the support!!
This should have Black Magic Craft level subs
For sharks teeth, I keep seeing things of them and ones of shells at Hobby Lobby and, occasionally, Dollar Tree
I should make a joke about how this jumped the shark but nah, this is cool 😎
Thanks Karl 👍
I love this one, John! It was the first video I watched after getting out of the hospital! Been there for the last 6 weeks after having an operation on my foot. Six weeks in the hospital and Tabletop Witchcraft is the first video I went to!
Hi Frank, well I hope you're doing well and on the mend! Happy to see you back, and as always, thanks for watching :)
Great job making the purple worm, see you next time.
Thank you Briana!
Oh this is a Wicked Worm! I love sharks, and I’m really into into fossils. I can see these fossilised teeth are likely from Gray sharks, some from Bull Sharks, and some lemons! All are at the very least 10 thousand years old…Now how cool is that, that’s one special killer worm you have there!
You know your stuff! Those teeth came from a place called Lemon Bay :) This craft definitely holds a special place in my heart.... that sounds weird lol.
He is so neat! He definitely will enhance any players board 😊 great job on the details too.
Thank you Jennifer :) !!
Excellent sculpt! And I love the sound effect in the end. Totally cool build!
Thank you Jess :)
Wow, that is one impressive and detailed sculpted worm. Love the detail and colors. Great video John. You never fail to amaze with your videos.
Thank you so much Scott! I really appreciate that :)
Nearly unbeatable... I really think all you could possibly do is have more rings of teeth in the throat... Very well done. The shark teeth really did the trick.
I really appreciate that! Oh yeah you can’t have enough teeth :)
@@TabletopWitchCRAFT hopefully Scotty has seen this 😁
‘I got worms.’
Excuse me?
‘That’s the name of my business, it’s a worm farm!’
Great Job that thing is terrifying
Lol….. great movie… and Thank you!
Loved Lone Wolf when I was younger!
Right on…. The journey continues…
Fantastic work the shark teeth are definitely an interesting touch. The jaws kind of remind me of seashells.
Thank you :)
Great piece brother. The washer mishap has me thinking of making magnetized bases for interchangeability based on environment in which the beastie is encountered..
What did the purple worm say when he found that his daughter had been out all night? "Where in earth have you been?"... Yeah, I got nothing.... Has been real work keeping these up all year. But hope you've had as much fun with them as I have. 🤘🏼
Really cool idea on the interchangeable base, and what are you talking about..... What "IN" Earth LOL... that's great. No clue how you come up with these! Till next time :)
A long time ago i went to Florida and on Venice beach i found Shark’s teeth . Wonderful. Pleased to look at your video
Thank you Patrick! Wish you kept them now :)
Yay you're back!
Right on :)
Bad ass! Very nice and impressive! The shark's teeth stuff is insane, but I love it, lol. A great use for them if you don't want them just sitting in a drawer! I love the look of that worm - a lot of work with the sculpting clay, but you make it look so simple as usual. Great stuff as usual, and another great video. Glad to see this pop up in my feed! I need to visit the Discord channel more often I think!
Discord for sure! It's a great time. I love incorporating "sentimental" items into my crafts. Thanks for watching!!
What an inspiration thank you
You got it, thanks for watching!
Val & Earl could take that on
My man with a new video TY Boss great start to a Friday !!
Right on!! Have a great weekend, and enjoy the video. 🤘
Billy-bomb badass, sensei!
Right on!
Another awesome build!
Thank you Tim 🙏
Extremely good!
Thank you!!
No doubt epic as always!!!! TWC never disappoints. Thanks John for another incredible build.🤙🏻
I appreciate that so much, thank you !!! 🤘
Fantastic video and the finished result is well above next level!! Love the idea of using actual sharks teeth! Learnt a lot from this one…..especially when using metal washers as weight 😉
Happy to hear that Andy, and thank you! Those pesky washers…. 😏
I love it! Great to have you back on UA-cam again!
Thank you :). Working on something huge…. Stay tuned!
@@TabletopWitchCRAFT Awsome! I can not wait to see it!
Remember those lone wolf choose your own adventure books.
Awsome, want to get the new book.
Where's the link?,I dont see it.
Definitely check them out. So much fun. It’s in the video description :)
Another wonderful piece! I guess the shark teeth aren't as sharp as the non-fossilised ones.
Forgot a previous step in a build? Yup, very familiar issue. Brains are weird.
Aluminium is a great heat sink/conductor - why the hot glue cooled quickly.
No these teeth aren’t that sharp. All that rolling around on the beach. Yeah the washers got me haha. Thanks Mykl!
As always an AWESOME build! And my favorite color to boot :)
oh and I spotted four of the shirts.
2 short sleeve
1 long sleeve
and 1 tank :)
I'm glad you liked the video... and my choice of color :) Close on the shirts....
Nice
Thank you!
John, please tell me that you are going to do something that is somehow related to "The Last Of Us"! It is so fertile and rich in how it can be adapted to DnD that it literally blows my mind!
That's a great idea Frank... hit me up with some ideas!
@@TabletopWitchCRAFT I've been working on an idea for a campaign where my group goes into a cave system that leads them to the center of the Earth! There they encounter mushroom forests and fungi growing on everything! So it stands to reason there would be fungus-infected enemies as well! Something like the Clickers and so forth in the game and the show! That's what I've been imagining!
My daughter came up with a cool idea as well! Some of the fungus people could be growing on the walls like the pirates on Davey Jone's ship in Pirates of the Caribbean! They hear our group and start waking up and begin to come loose from the walls and even some of the mushrooms and begin attacking!
you must go through a lot of yogurt!
I do lol

I think you can Pin this if you ant it at the top.
i found a recipe for a good crackle paint:
gesso primer + corn starch.
Thanks for sharing!
@@TabletopWitchCRAFT still experimenting with exact recipes, but the effect is there.
now it's a matter of testing out surfaces to apply it to and how to best apply it.
there are some issues with the stuff not adhering to some surfaces, and i want to see if i can give it some color.
best recipe so far:
take gesso, add corn starch till it stops being liquid, add paint.
then add either gesso to thin it or corn starch to thicken it and get it to a consistency similar to latex; between liquid and solid. thicker then jam, but thinner then toothpaste.
then apply to a surface covered with craft paint.
this gives a pretty good crackle effect and bonding to the surface.
other promising results incl applying to a surface covered in 'all purpose glue' aka tube cement. that transparent stuff that smells like it can get you high :P
worst results were applying over a layer of tacky glue, or mixing tacky glue in with it.
anything water soluble is reactivated and creates bad looking uneven patterns.
incl acrylic based varnish both matt and glossy.
update: regular PVA glue works well as a surface to apply to, not as an agent to add to the mix.
adding color complicates things because no matter what coloring agent i use, it always alters the consistency of the mix.
it's prolly best to make large batches at a time.
