OK. Maybe I'm missing something but aren't you sharpening one of the blades twice as much. Yur math is faulty. Why not have a 3 blade jig and problem solved. No switching out blades etc.
I thought so too at first, but he's doing it correctly. First pass: blades 1 & 2 get 10. Second pass: Blade 2=20 passes & blade 3=10 passes. Third pass, blade 3=20 passes, blade 1=20 passes. So in the end, all have 20 passes. But yes, a 3-blade jig would make it go much, much faster.
