  • To connect a company, select the group you want to add it to, then select "Add Company." Reach Reporting currently connects with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Gusto. You can also upload your own CSV file. Each option has a setup guide.
    For this example, we will add a Xero company. Click "Connect to Xero," log in, and authenticate the app's access. After clicking "Allow Access," your company will be added.
    You can set your accounting basis to accrual or cash and change your book month. To add a company logo, go to your workspace view, expand the company, click the upload button, and select your logo. You can also do this in the company view by clicking the menu in the upper right. Here, you can also change your company theme by selecting from provided color themes, generating a theme from your logo, or creating a custom theme using hex codes or the color picker. Your theme will be applied to all metrics within the company.
    Inside a company, you can force a resync by selecting the sync button in the bottom left corner. To disconnect a company, go to your workspace home, expand the company, and select "Disconnect."
