APARTMENT TOUR in Korçë, Albania!!! | Why did we pick Korçë? (Albania 2021)

- Our APARTMENT TOUR in Korçë, Albania!!!
ALSO... Why did we pick Korçë in the first place?
This apartment we decided to go for is €230 for the ENTIRE month stay!
This includes everything that we need.. WiFi, Electricity, Water and 2 big bedrooms!!
We will be situated here in beautiful Korçë for the next 30 days.
Why did we pick Korçë?
WELL...
Korçë has EVERYTHING!
Gyms, cafes, restaurants with incredible food, historical museums and architecture and even a big red tower!
GET THE BEST VIEW OF THE CITY
One of the best things to do in Korca is to climb the stairs of the red tower. Here you get an amazing view of the city. Entry only costs 50 Lek. We highly recommend visiting at sunset when you can enjoy the view of the city at golden hour.
HANG OUT IN PAZARI I VJETËR
This is my favourite part about Korce, the bazaar! This is the most popular place to hang out and wander. The cobbled lined streets, old architecture and ambience mimic something from a fairytale. The Old bazaar was renovated recently and has really given it a new lease on life. There are many bars, restaurants and boutique to check out. Don’t forget to pick up Albanian souvenir while you are there.
GAZE AT THE LARGEST ORTHODOX CHURCH IN ALBANIA
This beautiful church is probably the most impressive one I have ever seen. The architecture is just incredible. This is actually the largest Orthodox church within Albania. It was built in 1995 after the original cathedral was destroyed during communism as all religion was banned throughout the country.
HAVE A BIRRA KORCA IN KORCA
While you’re out beer-drinking then you will notice during your time in Albania that you may have a beer in bars called Birra Korca, well that’s because it’s produced in Korce!
The brewery is very easily accessible from the centre.

Your apartment in Skopje looks unbelievable too :O
Luke & Naomi
Cool man. Hello from England, coming to Albania on saturday. Hope my apartment is cool too/
Thanks for the comment & support Bryan!!
All the best with your stay!

Not surprised, Korca is the most civilized city in Albania, in terms of city planning, cleanliness, organization. It is as closest you get to normal Europe. The people themselves are more hardworking and calm, architecture reflects people.
Most popular places around Korca are: Dardhe, Voskopoje, Vithkuq and Boboshtice. These are the villages people like to visit, and hike.
Yess we truly fell in love with Korca.. the local fruits, food & people are just the best!
We will be sure to visit Dardhe, Voskopoje, Vithkuq and Boboshtice!
@@TwoMadExplorers I'm not from Korce, but I know what you are talking about. Most other areas of Albania are a little chaotic. In Korce you still get the benefits of Albania(organic food) with European order.
Another awesome video to follow from you guys...keep it up keep sharing the world is free.
The rent of the apartment is a steal.. looks beautiful too.. hope both are having a great time.😊
Yeah we really cannot believe it!
Thank you very much Vinod :)
Luke & Naomi
You are great guys not only that choose my town but Korca is the best place in Albania, your videos was amazing Enjoy
Faleminderit!!
Thank you for your support Matea :)

Oooooh! we cannot wait to try some more food here too!! haha!!

I visited Albania in February/March of 2020. The day after I crossed the border, the country went into its first covid lockdown. The streets were completely abandoned and I was in this historic ottoman city and had it all to myself. It was a pretty cool experience, however I wasn’t able to explore beyond that. I need to go back someday to complete the journey. Nice house btw!
Wow that sucks!
Yesss, make sure to come back soon! It is a truly beautiful and underrated country.
Luke & Naomi
No ottoman city there 🇦🇱😡
@@ariankaragiozi Byzantine, my bad
Very nice and informative. 💞💕💞💕
Great one guys, super interesting👍
Thank you!!!
Luke & Naomi
Looks fabulous. Enjoy the break of not moving
Ahh thanks Ellen :)
Luke & Naomi
Hope you are enjoying coffee in bed and relaxing on that very comfy looking sofa ❤️☕🍵
Albania is a solid place to slow down and spend a lot of time. We had to get an espresso maker too so that we could have lots and lots of coffee. Albanian food is amazing!
Yes absolutely agree :)
Luke & Naomi
great video and something different, not sure about great climate, minus 3 in january!
Thank youuu!!
Hahaha yes true, we need a bit cooler weather for this month as we are planning on heading to Mexico next month!
Will be a bit hotter there I am sure lol
Luke & Naomi
@@TwoMadExplorers the digital nomad route these days, eastern Europe Mexico Costa Rica then Thailand, Vietnam how the world as changed, enjoy every minute and take care
Looks good I'd spend that on a night out lol
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Go to Erseke , it’s next to Korca toward Permet
. My cousin overthere has a whole beautiful house with big garden for rent ,
in the village close to Erseke much mioe beautiful then this apartment , You have all veggies in the garden and the guys in that city have great food in their restaurants
In old times in Albania and in Greece Korca was called “Little Paris” , by the way .
In greek language Korca means Girl
In the road towards Erseke there is a great restaurant named “ Sofra Kolonjare” where the food is one of the best in Albania .
Also , in Erseke it is a fish restaurant where you can pick the live fish from the fish pool
Good job keep it up
Thanks so much! And thank you for your support!

Your apartment is a great score!
We are on Day 8 of our Albanian adventure - loving it - well maybe not the driving 😉
We will be in Korce Sept. 19-22, fancy meeting up for a pint?
Charmaine&David 🇨🇦
Heyyy Charmaine & David!
Wow amazing what is your favourite place so far??
Yes absolutely, shoot us a message and we can grab a pint here in Korce :)

Hi Luke&Naomi,Tks for your shared video. If you don’t mind, Can you share something about the rental situation of apartments in the seaside city of Albania?
Which seaside city are you looking at? The easiest and best was Saranda for us in off season ♥️
@@TwoMadExplorers Okay,if you have knew anything about apartment rental or apartment buying situations of Saranda,Pls share to me,Tks a lot!
Really helpful video! Korce is now on my potential towns for a 1yr move. Suggest a city walk video, and a food & monthly lodging cost comparison video. Super gemacht! Vielen Dank & Cheers
Glad you liked it! We just uploaded our cost of living video :D
Danke für die Unterstützung!
- Luke & Naomi
It definitely should. Everything is more cheaper than Tirana, rent, food, restaurants ecc. But keep in mind it's colder than the coastline cities.
@@eagleflight5427 Thank you!
I noted the small t!ts club shirt the other day in a recent video lol, didn't realize it was OG shirt from time ago!
Same bag of clothes for 2 years! 😆
@@TwoMadExplorers this is the way to do it! We actually have "travel clothes" segregated and special for travel with our small backpacks. Like yourselves, you get used to washing in sinks and hanging to dry! LOL
I think Tirana is overdone on UA-cam. It's refreshing to see a more traditional experience. It looks beautiful!
Thank you sooooo much :)
Yesss Korca is certainly the place to be!
Luke & Naomi
Check out that frog legs restaurant near ur place.
We will indeed!!
Cannot wait :D
Luke & Naomi
You are awesome,
🖤❤
Great video guys. How much is your gym membership for the week or for the month?
Hello! Could you please provide more details about the apartment as I am looking to rent an apartment in Korca! Thank you in advance!
Hello 👋 yeah sure, please message us on Instagram or Facebook and we can send you some information about it!
Hi guys, thank you so much for amazing videos. I’m planning my trip to Albania for this coming October so may I please ask you to share your apartment’s location with me please, plus did you find it on Airbnb? Thank you so much in advance. Penny 😊
Are you also going to visit Ohrid from Korca?
We really want to visit Ohrid & Struga!
Perhaps this month :)
Luke & Naomi
Could you share with me where you book your apartment at Korce? Airbnb? Thanks!
Hey Tim! message us on Instagram @naluadventures_
have you seen the beer festival in Korça?
I plan on spending a 2-3 months in Saranda from Feb-April/May, then want to escape the tourist season and I was thinking of spending a month or two in Korca or some of the other towns on the way towards Korca. Would you recommend Korca in May/June/July? Subscribed!
We would recommend Saranda for Feb-April-May
Pogradec May-June-July
Pogradec is a cooler town with access to water and beautiful promenades with cafes and good atmosphere ❤️
Korca is amazing, but 3 months is long to be there
Where did you find this apartment?
We found it on AirBnB on the monthly stay options :D
My friend, I am in Korce, do you have the contact for that apartment?
Sure! Please message our Instagram/Facebook/Email and we’ll forward it to you ☺️

How did you find the Apt let alone rent it for €250?
Hi V, it's pretty easy to find on AirBnB if you select the monthly option. See this one here as an example:

Greetings, Luke & Naomi
@@TwoMadExplorers OMG! So much cheaper than Tirana.
@@user-pz4vb9cu8u yes! We just had a look at Tirana’s monthly options and you could get a room for that but not an entire renting unit. 🤣
Can someone stay in albanian full-time? I am thinking about relocating..
Yes, you can relocate permanently. You just have to apply for a visa within 30 days after arrival. (type depending on how long you want to stay there and if you want to work)
Thanks boss
At the moment i am currently in dubai..
If you have any info about the visa cost please update me..
Hay STOP GIVING MY SECRETS AWAY!
