Sir mera offer letter deffer ho gya hai...or new offer letter pr course ki fee increase hho gai hai...or new COE b a gai hai without paying extra fee to university lkn new COE k upr jo fee mention hai...wo new offer letter see different hai

I got CoE for 20th feb commencement and i have lodged visa with that. But bcz my visa is still in process, i said the uni to defer my intake but they have not yet given me new CoE which i can update to the embassy. What will happen sir?
