Sir, my PTE test was held in Dec 2019 (Superior) and ACS assessment in 2020, I received 491 NSW invite on 27/3/23, how is it possible ?
Secondly, I have already lodged 491 visa for another state in Jun 2022 (waiting for decision), can I apply for NSW as well ? And, do I have to pay the visa fee again ?
