With infrared saunas rising in popularity, there are more brands on the market than ever to choose from - but not all are created equal in terms of quality. That’s why after vetting multiple brands, I personally chose Sunlighten.
Not only is their craftsmanship second to none, their products are based on extensive research with the studies to prove the effectiveness of their infrared technology. For example, each program on the mPulse sauna (the model that I have in my home) directs the heaters to emit precise combinations of red/near, mid and far wavelengths using 54 data points from 30+ clinical studies of infrared and the body. As you can see, Sunlighten has become a daily staple in my wellness routine and it’s an investment that I know will continue to produce long-lasting benefits for my health!
Because I love my Sunlighten sauna so much, I partnered with them to help you get your very own infrared sauna. Save up to $600 on your sauna purchase when you fill out the get pricing form via this link: get.sunlighten.com/DrWillColeYT

Cool. I'd love to learn more about the sustainable building of the sauna, if they use glues, for example, what their ecological imprint is like ❤ I can't believe it has a TV in there 😅😅😅

I have a Sunlighten mPulse Conquer (3 person) sauna. I have a similar routine. I usually do my sauna sessions after my workouts. It's great for recovery and relaxation.

How does the infrared sauna compare to the traditional sauna. I use a traditional sauna at the gym six days a week. The temperature of the traditional sauna at the gym is 170 degrees. Joe Rogan has a traditional sauna and runs it at 185 degrees. The infrared saunas are much lower temperature for some reason.

Would love your thoughts on infrared sauna and afib….i had been doing my infrared 3-5 times a week pre-aFib, then after my first event, cardio docs said maybe hold off bc they didn’t know much about the effects…I’ve since had an ablation and no events for 2 years…would love to get back in but can’t seem to find any studies specific to this scenario…
