I drink 1 spoon of turmeric with black pepper. Honey with crushed garlic after my workout. I take collagen in the afternoon. Green superfood drink in the evening. I healed my inflammation and slows down my aging process. I also do mediation 20 minutes a day.

First off we should ask the logos of the universe for guidance or help. we need to be able to listen when the holy spirit talks to you.
After listening to another "should shouldnt " podcast, "the hated eight." 3/4 of food groups are alegedly bad.
Of course the guest never nails any diffinative answers, must be a lawyer thing.
You need to glean the relevant morsels out of the chaff.
Ask the holy spirit to guide you and then listen!
      Praise Jesus!

I have already eliminated sugar, years ago. I have also eliminated most Omega 6, and grains, and cut way back on dairy as well. I don't tolerate legumes. I eliminated night shades for many weeks, and saw no improvement in what I thought was arthritis, and no changes when I added a few of them back in.
I never take medications. Only natural remedies.

I am curious. I found out through an elimination diet near 6 years ago that I no longer can tolerate dairy, soon thereafter it was dairy and soy, and then finally I realized I could not eat pork either. This has led me to believe that I may not be lactose intolerant but lack certain enzymes that can break down specific proteins that relate to these three food items. Do you have any insight into this possibility?
