- Leadership educator Drew Dudley takes exception to "The List": a lesson in the education system that is learned though never taught, and that he feels keeps people of all ages from truly embracing their passions.
TEDxUWO is the official TEDx conference for The University of Western Ontario in London, Canada.
The theme of this inaugural conference was Own Your Passion. A total of 200 spots were reserved for audience members, while thousands more across the country joined via satellite locations and live video stream.
About TEDx, x = independently organized event
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.

that was amazing. made me really think about what i want and what i have.
Amazing talk. I actually believe once we find our path we always have to market ourselves to some degree, but choosing one's own path is the real message. From a graduate student in education: thank you Mr. Dudley.

You need money to do stuff you want to do. If you don't you don't really have much of a choice.
This was the last Drew Dudley talk hosted on UA-cam, I've watched everything else. It was just as amazing as I thought it would be.

YOU should make sure to put "Do not be an idiot." at the top.
Even if I had watched this video before my adventure through post secondary I don't think I would have understood what he was trying to put across. Watching it now makes me thankful that I understand this and it reminds me how important it is not to settle.
