The goalpost was moved from insisting that Ukraine would reach Tokmak because Russia is weak, to now insisting that Ukraine is holding Russia back because they are weak. The goalpost will shift next year to dang it took 3 years for us to lose the Donbas, look how weak Russia is.

These planes will change almost nothing, Putin constantly talked about this. You'll just have to redeploy the air defense, or just create even more.

These are quite complex events, but in short: on May 2, 2014, two crowds collided on Hretska Ploshcha - Anti-Maidan activists from Kulykove Pole and football fans(Ultras), as well as some EuroMaidan activists. A m*ssacre began on Hretska Ploshcha, during which two Euromaidan activists were k1lled. Later, a crowd of Anti-Maidan activists retreated to Kulykove Pole, where their tent city was set up. By this time, part of the Anti-Maidan activists who were in this tent city, having learned about the m*ssacre on Hretska Ploshcha, decided to barricade themselves in the building of the House of Trade Unions. When the Ultras and Euromaidan activists approached the tent city, they destroyed it and began storming the House of Trade Unions, during which the ultra-right threw Molotov cocktails at the windows. A fire starts, people in the building try to get out of the fire and jump out of the windows. Some Euromaidan activists help them get out of the burning house, but there are also those who, with bestial cruelty, finished off the wounded on the ground or didn't allow doctors to reach wounded. As a result of the fire, according to official information, 42 people died(and 6 people died on Hretska Ploshcha). No one has been brought to justice for this event; a full investigation has not been carried out to this day. Well, the reaction to these events - jokes about “Odessa kebabs”, “Fried cotton wool” and so on.

How's that "winning"?

Based on their rate of losses and rate of production, if they continue this trend all year, such as using another offensive like how this one began, then there's a real chance that Russia will run out of stockpiles tanks and armoured vehicles, or at the very least have significant shortages on the frontlines as they can't fix the old rusty stocks that are left, fast enough to replace their losses. Consider that Russia produces as many NEW tanks in one year, as they lose in one month.

its definitely improved since 2022, I will admit the opening stages of the war was a fumble on russia's part because they attacked with too few troops and were not prepared with their supply lines. Since then, ukraine has fortified the border with russia and it will be interesting to see if Russia will be able to acquire significant territory, or if they get bogged down 2km from the border.

It is true that Russia achieved a localised breakthrough and that the Ukrainians made a mistake there. That being said, the breakthrough seems to be mostly contained, and Russian losses keep piling up. Remember: this is Ukraine at its weakest. And yet despite all the shortages of ammo, air defence, lack of air superiority, etc. this is all Russia can achieve. This is the best Russia can do. Sorry kiddo, but Russia's best isn't good enough. The Ukrainian defences didn't break.

Russia absolutely does NOT have 9500 tanks left. Divide your number by half for a far more realistic number. You double and tripple count the same tanks.

The 1500 tanks produced in 2023, INCLUDE the upgraded and repaired ones. Out of those 1500, about 300 are new and 1200 are refurbished/repaired/upgraded. But you count the 1500 total (new+old) AND add the same old ones again as refurbished, and a third time as repaired or upgraded, and then add tanks that aren't built yet (1500 for 2024, even though we're only just May).
So you are counting many tanks that do not exist.
Then your breakdown is pisspoor as well. You count 300 T-14 Armatas, even though the manufacturer itself says they haven't built that many, and that they're too expensive to be used. Only a few dozen Armatas exist today, not 300+ like you stupidly claim.
For all your claims of "dumptruck" and "85", the only one without intelligence here, is YOU, KillaKlown.

Russia produced 250-300 new tanks in 2023, the other 1150-1200 were refurbished/repaired/upgraded. I know you don't give a fudge about the objective truth that even your own side admits to. I've started branching out into other channels about the Ukr war and found where all the former pro Ukr users have gone. I've been assured by other channels Ukr is winning the war do to the weapons we've sent them. Just odd to see none of these channels show the daily loss of land tho?
I watch pro-Ukrainian channels, and they do report the Russian advances. But they also know the nuances of war, which Russians have no clue about. According to Russians, any advance, no matter how small or how worthless or how much it cost, is a massive victory for Russia and a crushing defeat for Ukraine that will collapse its defences. We've been hearing the same shit for over 2 years now, and yet Ukraine is still standing. Is this localised breakthrough important? Yes, of course, it's a good move by Russia and a bad one by Ukraine. Does this mean Russia is winning the war? Hell no. Russia is losing way more than it can produce, for only marginal gains. This is Ukraine at its weakest, and yet Russia can only achieve this.

We're now 800 days into this full scale all-in Russian invasion, and Ukraine is still holding.
When Russia started breaking through to Ocheretyne, it was concerning, but it seems their localised breakthrough has been contained. The Berdychi-Semenivka-Umanske line has not collapsed, like I expected from a breakthrough. Russia hasn't advanced to Yasnobrodivka to close that pocket. Russia hasn't advanced to Novoprokovske and Novoselivka Persha. While I believe Russia will still make some gains in the area, it looks like Russia is using pretty much all of their available offensive capabilities in this area for these relatively minor gains.
I'm sure Russian bots will cry about me "coping", but the lines are not collapsing. There is no big push along the entire frontline. This shows exactly what I've been saying for months: that Russia has been losing a ton of equipment, so that they don't have the offensive power any more than before. I expect they still have an entire army ready for a summer offensive, but I also understand this army will get wrecked too.
My concern has lessened a lot by now. The initial "panic" has alleviated by Russia's lack of rolling.
