Tip for anyone struggling to control Spyro doing the super charge! Maybe this was blatantly obvious to everyone except myself, but I have been struggling on this super charge for soooo long, I couldn’t steer properly or turn well or really keep control at all. Killing the spiders was impossible. Then my brain just clicked. Instead of using the left analog stick to control and steer Spyro I tried using the arrow key pad instead, and everything is easy now! I never understood how people could turn so sharply, but it makes a world of difference with the keypad! Just for anyone who was a stuck as I was.

LOVE that the dragon that gives you advise on how to do a supercharge is the one dragon after youve already had to do them all
You don't see it on the video but at 1:52 there is a cave straight forward that leeds to that dragon

If you click the left thumb stick sparks will point in the direction of the gem you are missing

For those who are struggling at gliding with the supercharge at the other side of the cave just do the super charge then slide ur finger down the jump button and when ur at the top glide and hold.. hope it helps.. 🥰

to get it but after 3 times I did it again and the trick is right when you get to the tip top of the jump, press x and let yourself glide to the spot

If there were armored spiders like that in real life, I'd probably scream like a little girl. I also hate spiders ('cause I'm an arachnophobe). Also the creepy part in my game was I was charging to get away from one of them and I saw the back of its head I think (I was that close). And for some reason that was pretty creepy to me, lol.

I thought you had to super-speed run all the way through the caves and all the way around the 'spiral tower', right to the top, to jump to the fairy that kisses you and has treasure. I lost 12 lives, making it to the top several times and just barely missing the jump. Most of the time I lost control when running up the spiral tower.
Figured there must be some method of controlling the super speed better, and after a few more deaths without making any progress thought I'd check here. ... And oh look, there's some wall that breaks for some reason that I never noticed and you're not actually supposed to do it the stupidly hard way that I was trying.

Been trying to supercharge past the exit, through the two windows and two floating podiums to get to 3:30 for days... was convinced that was what I had to do and didn’t even think to explore 🤦♀️
The arrow key pad is how I did it when I was a kid so it definitely makes sense to use it now. I'd be lost without this guide though. Thank you!

DON'T TRY TO KILL THE LAST SPIDER WITH THE SPEEDBOOST, JUST GET THE FIREPOWER, FLY TO THE CASTLE THAT IS DOWN THERE, FLY DOWN TO THE CAVE ENTRY AND KILL THE SPIDER THERE WITH THE FIREPOWER

Bro this helped so much, silly me was trying to get to those two druids on the poles with the supercharge through that cave with the return home portal and then through that really small double door way leading to them… I now see I was making it harder for myself ahah 😅

That cut scene at 3:10 - I'm looking for that part wherever it is.
At the end of the caves, where you rescue the dragon named Ajax, go back into the caves and look at the right, you'll find that stairs.
For anyone who is struggling with the second egg thief (the one circling a pool), you can actually just catch up to him if you sprint around fast enough.

Yeah thats the very first thing I do in a world, try and get all the gems I possibly can first so dont gotta worry about them later
You can get the map by pressing the option button then click option and then click on for map

I can't for the life of me get the jumping/flying part mastered from 5:25 - 5:30 mastered

Okay here’s how I got the 5:25 glide.. supercharge run (I started the run where I could just barely see the platform and when I took off was angled towards the left corner), hit jump (a) and hold til you’re almost there, then click a again when you’re getting close to platform to glide at the end.

If you're looking around in that area, the fairies will come up and wave at you to jump..
I don't understand how to kill the last spider, it's impossible!
Walk around the other way, from the fairy glide down and enter the other cave entrance x

Had to skip to the part that showed the green guys moving the platforms side to side 'cause before coming to this video I tried gliding there from the spot shown in the video but couldn't make it, so when I got to the purple fairy after seeing that part of this video (the part I was having trouble on) I just jumped and glided from there and it helped instead of gliding from the original spot.
Also didn't even try gliding to the right when the platform was all the way to the right so I'm kinda dumb for that. 😆

The last dragon puts much emphasis on exploring the HIGH CAVES... So I was left with the illusion to find said HIGH CAVES... However most of the dragons speak alot of bullshit too that has nothing to do with anything storyline related... I was just hopeful.

I know this was two years ago but in case anyone else is having trouble with this just glide from where the purple fairy is. It's much easier. But I think the platform has to be moving to the right (towards where the fairy is) to get on the platform.
Where the key at?
For that locked crate, I used that charged dash where a fairy kisses u and ran through the caves back to the crate. It took alot of trial and error.

You can also use the other entrance to kill the last one. Just glide down from where you get the fairy fire power. Instead of going back in the cave use the other entrance
