The COS is on the road that you travel in order to get into the actual town of Twin Peaks, and if you continue on you'd get to Blue Jay and then Lake Arrowhead. Crestline is in the other direction, and is where they'd go to grocery shop and other shopping and restaurants. (I grew up that area)

I really like that Aaron is not afraid to disagree with his audience or popular opinion. We so often romanticize scenarios in order to give us the amount of mystery, drama, and discovery we crave. It seems most people do not want to even consider that Shelly could be living a life in which she is not a captive. I think there’s probably a bit more to the story of Shelly, but I’m not about to buy into any conspiracy theories on it. It’s just crazy how long it took to get this much info, which is not that much. BTW, people with criminal records and who have struggled with addiction need jobs to avoid falling back into old habits, and, unfortunately, because it’s so hard to find work with a record (also drug addicts and criminals are not necessarily the same people), these kinds of companies often cut costs by hiring folks with a record because they figure they will accept a low wage. It’s funny she’s hiding out in a place called “Twin Peaks”. The whole thing kinda sounds like it could’ve been invented by David Lynch and/or Mark Frost. And the aerial view of the first compound (3:42) was interesting because of the triangles and other shapes, although I don’t recognize any obvious symbols and there’s a good chance it’s just meaningless design, but it would be cool if there was some hidden meaning. I think perhaps some don’t want the mystery to be solved, because “she’s fine aside from being in a loveless marriage with a cult leader and having wasted her life working in and for that highly destructive cult” just isn’t as much fun as a kidnapping or murder mystery. I’m pretty sure this is my first comment and I do not mean to come off harsh but when you are saying that it is not worth it to spend all that money to get photos of Shelly it makes your videos asking where she is or your conversations about where she is seem not important. I know this has been said.... a lot, probably. No one "knows" Shelly, etc.. we know what she looked like, we have age progression, etc. and it's not like no one who looks at an old picture could EVER recognize her. Yet, not 1 photo, or cell pic, or security cam footage, or anything... nothing. She goes out a lot, apparently, and she manages to slip by EVERY camera? Someone would know who she is, SOMEONE would get a pic...to think that not 1 person has gone through footage (illegally or legally) from any of the MILLIONS of cameras that are just everywhere on light poles, roofs, or wherever is insane... it is so almost impossible to even THINK this. Especially if Talon has such a huge turnaround and hires criminals and addicts...tell me one of them wouldn't sell a photo or even sell her location in a public place at any time.... tabloids would pay a LOT for that 1 call.... I really like that Aaron is not afraid to disagree with his audience or popular opinion. We so often romanticize scenarios in order to give us the amount of mystery, drama, and discovery we crave. It seems most people do not want to even consider that Shelly could be living a life in which she is not a captive. People often say "Well if she's okay, she needs to make a video or something letting us know." That lady doesn't owe anyone that courtesy. I think there’s probably a bit more to the story of Shelly, but I’m not about to buy into any conspiracy theories on it. It’s just crazy how long it took to get this much info, which is not that much.
BTW, people with criminal records and who have struggled with addiction need jobs to avoid falling back into old habits, and, unfortunately, because it’s so hard to find work with a record (also drug addicts and criminals are not necessarily the same people), these kinds of companies often cut costs by hiring folks with a record because they figure they will accept a low wage.
It’s funny she’s hiding out in a place called “Twin Peaks”. The whole thing kinda sounds like it could’ve been invented by David Lynch and/or Mark Frost. And the aerial view of the first compound (3:42) was interesting because of the triangles and other shapes, although I don’t recognize any obvious symbols and there’s a good chance it’s just meaningless design, but it would be cool if there was some hidden meaning.
I think perhaps some don’t want the mystery to be solved, because “she’s fine aside from being in a loveless marriage with a cult leader and having wasted her life working in and for that highly destructive cult” just isn’t as much fun as a kidnapping or murder mystery.
