I agree with komal ,i too take online and offline yoga classes and i find online yoga classes are much much better for all people andfor a teacher too . There is more hard work for a teacher doing online yoga classes .
TTC selection depends on the time they have available, budget and if the syllabus of the course resonates with them. All schools usually write the days schedule on their website There’s no single best one
Kitne saal? - if you’re talking about TTC then usually those are for 1 or two months If it’s a degree course the details will be mentioned on the yoga degree institute you choose
