  • How to develop samadhi by simply by asking straightforward, but pertinent, questions to oneself?
How to attend to the presently enduring feeling and look for the correct signs that reveal the nature of experience?

Bhante, once when a pain arises in the body, it gave an unpleasent feeling. But when I changed the body position with getting rid of the pain the unpleasent feeling was no longer there and there was a pleasent feeling. I noticed that arisen pleasent feeling was impermanent too. However, Im unable to see feelings as completely anatta, as Im getting still there is a possibility to affect the feeling that arises next (i.e. by getting rid of pain). How should i go about this?

By finding things that are emotionally dear and significant to you, such as your possessions, job, status, family and then learning how to not give in to the mental anguish and suffering on account of the thoughts of losing those. (In order to be able to bear this, the precepts need to be thoroughly established).
Observing feelings in your body postures cannot unfortunately do much for this, since such practices are all within a contrived microcosm created by the implicit sense of control. Hence, as you rightly point out, the inability to see it truly as anatta.

      if i may help answering:
that's the fruit of ur kamma (vipaka),
if they bully u, they making new bad seed, if u're choosing to act out then u're making new seed too
the logic is: stupid people are people with LACK of INT, when u can feel truly sorry (not emulating) for people of lack then u're developing metta.
