I am a commercial diver by trade and if my parents didn't show me the fun of physics who knows where I would be today? 🪡

In the video you can see if it is standing still or changing the direction of a slow rotation, but in fact it is simply spinning at high speed.
I've noticed similar effects on spinning bicycle- or car wheels. At certain speeds they seem to reverse direction. Does that mean my eyes are video cameras?
