Kelvin I just bought a electric drum set! So now I can play congas in church or drum set. Well give me a couple weeks. A lot of skills are transferable 🎉😊, Ernie Childers
@@RhythmNotes Yes, I think it is for immediate to advanced players. I am a beginner drum set drummer even though I have been playing conga’s for over 10 years and I thought that there would be more “roll over” techniques. Your Motown sounds are very helpful. I was looking for more black gospel songs. I like CCM but we are more gospel at our church.

That's awesome, Ernie. You can do so much with electric drums in church.
The notation makes all the difference. Your videos are awesome. You cover hand drums as well as drum kit. You have some of the best lessons out there.
It means a lot to hear that. It's a lot of work to make this content but it's totally worth it when someone finds it to be helpful.
You must keep them coming. Great lessons.
Glad you like them!
Your channel is an amazing resource man, keep it up!
Thanks J.T.
Thank you for your help. If you have the time could you make a lesson on some basic gospel patterns?
Have you seen the Drumeo video with Larnell Lewis?
